WINTER PARKING RULES:
Do not park when the city put the no parking on no matter what happens
Do not park when city puts snow plow sign on “your car will be towed”
Park 5 meter away from water hydrant.
- Absolutely NO parties and NO events
- 20 $ fee will be charged on your security deposit (credit card) for unwashed dishes and kitchen items
- Please do not wear shoes in the house.
- Please keep the place clean and respect the neighbors.
- No smoking in the building, Smoking is restricted only outdoor area or balcony.
- Do not play loud music after 22:00
- Pets are not allowed. (Although we love them but sorry)
- We reserve the right to make a claim on damages (if any)
