Since I work very flexible hours I might be home during the day or be called out for an evening emergency job. However, if time allows I'm happy to have a chat over a cup of tea and a piece of home-made cake :) I know Glasgow pretty well so I can always recommend some nice restaurants or cafes.
The flat is located in a residential area, only a few minutes walk from the beautiful Queens Park where you can admire Glasgow views. Pollok Country Park with its impressive Pollok House and Burrell Collection is a short drive away. There is also a number of local shops, bars and restaurants.
The public transport in the area is excellent. There are 2 bus stops where you can get a bus to the city centre or West End: one on the doorstep and the other 5min walk. You can also catch a train from Mount Florida station which is only 10min walk from the apartment and the train takes 12min.
I use public transport on everyday basis so I can always help you to get to your destination.
I hope my guests will leave things as they find them and be respectful and considered towards myself and my neighbours in terms of noise. Smoking and pets are not permitted on the premises. No extra guests apart of those booked.

My name is Kasia and I'm Polish but I've been living in Glasgow for 11 years. My friend has talked me into Air Bnb as a fantastic way of meeting interesting people. I work as an interpreter so talking to strangers is written in my everyday life! I'm a very open, honest and optimistic person who enjoys travelling, music, baking, reading and my newly discovered love- fencing :)
I take pride in my new flat and I guarantee a warm homely welcome, clean room and a home baked cake. I hope you'll have a comfortable stay.
