Mark and I may be in Newcastle or London during your stay. If we are in London there may be other airbnb guests staying here. We love talking to our guests and finding out all about them, equally, we're happy for you to keep yourself to yourself. Whatever your needs are we're happy to accommodate re communication.

Within 5 minutes walking distance you are at St James' Park stadium, 12 minutes to Royal Victoria Infirmary on foot and a 15 minute walk into the city centre. Very close also to Newcastle University, 13 minutes to the edge of campus.

Cómo moverse

A frequent bus into town is available if you don't feel like the short walk into town. There is also the metro which will take you all around Tyne & Wear including, Newcastle upon Tyne, Gateshead, South Tyneside, North Tyneside and Sunderland.

i stayed at Mark and Lyndsay's place for work and I was pleasantly surprised with the homely accommodation they provided. No one else was staying at the flat whilst I was there but I was greeted by Mark's lovely mum who showed me around and texted me during my stay to check everything was ok for me. Some of my co-workers used airbnb in Newcastle too, and from hearing their experiences, I by far had the best result. You can use all the facitilies, including the washing machine, cooker, towels and there is a living room with a TV and a nice clean bathroom. It's a well heated flat also. It's located in a quite block of flats and just under a 10 minute walk into town which was perfect for me. If you don't want to walk into town for food, there is a garage shop just across the road. For the comfy accommodation, friendly hosts and the low price, I would definitely stay again if I'm in Newcastle. Megan

This place is very convenient and comfortable. I stayed there 3 weeks and it was perfect! The city center is at a walking distance, and the neighborhood is quiet and secure. I would recommend it to any of my friends :).

Mark and lindsays place was very nice and homely. Although they were not their themselves and they had Marks mother to greet me who was very lovely and informative about the area and the flat.

The apartment is quite clean with good location ,Lyndsay and Mark is really helpful,especial help me to bring my huge luggage. I had good time in this apartment.

The apartment was really good, it locates in the center of Newcastle and it has a very good view. We had a really nice stay, good place to recommend!

We love to travel and so know how important it is to have a safe, comfortable place to rest your head when you're away from home.
