From here, there is access to a small balcony. Upon request, we can set up a luxury double air mattress to sleep 2 guests. The master bedroom is a great size with a king-sized bed, spacious fitted wardrobe and bed-side table. The en-suite is delightful and offers a waterfall walk-in shower, basin, toilet and heated towel rail. Across the hallway is the slightly smaller second double bedroom. There's another king-sized bed, bedside tables and large fitted wardrobe and an en-suite with walk-in shower, basin, toilet and heated towel rail. There is also a convenient utility room where the washing machine and tumble dryer are stored and a separate guest cloakroom (toilet).
An unique and beautifully designed spiral staircase takes guests up to the top floor. To the left of the stairs is the living area. A large leather corner sofa, flat screen television and stylish coffee table make this room a great place for relaxing in the evenings and assessing the day's events.
At the other side of the staircase is the kitchen/dining area. The kitchen has all the fitted appliances you'll need to prepare meals at home and a big glass dining table. The dining area opens the big roof terrace which stretches the entire width of the property, providing fantastic outside space, and very rare for a property so close to the centre of London. This terrace is south-facing for sun for most of the day. There is comfortable furniture for relaxing in with a glass of wine and also a table and chairs - the perfect place to enjoy a home cooked evening meal alfresco style.
