El alojamiento

Master Bedroom and spare bedroom are on the top floor where you enter. The bottom floor has the Kitchen, living, dining and a bedroom with a bunk bed and 2 twin beds.

There are some great views from all sides. The best view is from the sun deck. My Family manages the whole building, so we can usually take care of any issue.

Upper unit in 14-unit building. 2 reserved parking spaces. These units are very elegant with bamboo style floors, gourmet kitchens, modern baths and crown moldings. Great city life in the Mid-Wilshire Area.

The neighborhood has an upscale yet real feel to it in my opinion.

Shriners Children's Hospital is right across the street.

Shatto Rec Center has something for everyone baseball basketball, children's play area, tennis and volleyball.

We are close to recreation, LA Metro, shops, ethnic restaurants, and everything Greater LA has to offer. Easy access to major freeways and public transit.

Uber and Lyft have many drivers throughout LA.

One of the beds is a fold out futon in the living room.

You will need a garage remote for your vehicle, it will be on the kichen counter or on the table.

The living/dining area is small, but the Sundeck is huge and has breathtaking views.

Keep the general noise level down. This is a multi-family condo building. My family manages the entire building, complaints reach us very quickly...

Keep in mind that on the first floor there are others who live below you.

Please do not shout up and down the stairs as the people next door will be disturbed.

Please make sure to do the dishes. There is a dishwasher for your convenience. There will be deductions from your security deposit if we have to do the dishes.

No laundry after 9pm.

If you need to smoke, use the balconies. No smoking inside. Please DO NOT PUT OUT CIGARETTETES ON THE FLOOR.

No pets please. If you have ADA exception please contact me.

This was a great place to stay with a large group in town for a wedding. Views were beautiful and the apartment had everything we needed.

Absolutely fantastic place! Garage parking was the best addition for this place and the rooms were spacious and comfy. Best part about this place is it has 2 balconies and rooftop for people to hangout! Best view of the hollywood sign

Quiet building but the neighborhood is active Day & night. Great spot to stay in. It's in the middle of everything & the view is great

This spot is great for a large group on a quick trip. There were tons of beds, and all of them were relatively comfortable. It was really close to Universal so the drive there/back was really easy. It just feels a little sketchy in this neighborhood - there were multiple signs up (inside the apartment and in the building elevator) talking about safety, locking doors, calling police in case of criminal activity, etc. Everything was fine, but it was a little unsettling for a trip with children. The house is also very minimal - beds, cups, shampoo and a few towels and that's it. With airbnb, I'm used to places feeling much more cozy and fun - this place exists only to be functional.

My sisters and I loved this apartment . It was spacious and the perfect size to host a family . My favorite part was the amazing natural lighting in the bedrooms and lovely views of LA from the balcony and from the private patio.

Everything was very clean and comfortable. Close to lots of things and area was easy to get around. Beautiful deck was a nice place to relax at night.
