Think Bunk House.
I am a transplanted country girl who was blessed with this beautiful home. You can take the girl out of the country as it goes. I offer cowboy coffee and duck eggs for meals when available.

Vagabonds, travelers, artists, children and animal lovers are very comfortable here. This is a century old updated home in town. I live and work here. Please text prior to arrival.

I had a great time here. Deveri is an amazing host who gave me such a warm welcome. I loved the cats and dogs and on a farm was pretty rad.

Deveri was an A+ host! She was attentive and helped direct me to her farm when I arrived late at night. Her home was warm, cozy, and clean. I loved spending time with her, her cats and dog Lola are soooo friendly and I felt like I practically adopted them while living there! I al…

Deveri was very nice and made us feel welcome in her home. We liked the view and watching the horses.

Deveri was a kind host. She worked hard at making us feel comfortable and was very pleasant. The facility is just as described on her listing, and the property was very rural with livestock which was all expected from her descriptions.

Terrible stay! There were flys every where. Terrible odor. The bed is very uncomfortable. I don't think the sheets are cleaned because my whole body feels itchy after l sleep on it. And I couldn't wash it myself because the dryer is broken. The host had terrible attitude when it …

Respuesta de Deveri:
Do not host this young man. I gave him a very gracious review and received a retaliatory review in return. I forgive him. This is the truth. Chao and his guest brought an aggressive dog to my home that attacked my dog and struck (snapped) at me 3 times. Most of what he has stated is made up. He failed to include that I graciously approved a change in reservation from the 31st to the 26th on the day of arrival because their plans had changed. After their Westie Mickey attacked my pit bull Lola, I felt less gracious about approving a full refund, I offered half. Thank God Lola is a well socialized, happy and well trained dog who looked to me for leadership when Mickey lunged and snapped at her face. She was used as the "walk along" to evaluate other dogs aggression when my son worked at All Dogs Unleashed in Dallas where she was raised and trained by him; as I told you ChaoFan another dog may have put Mickey in the hospital or worse. Thankfully no one was hurt due to my diligence. Get him off the flexi-lead until you have control, get all of you to a trainer, get him to a veterinarian (that's where the itching probably comes from if that's not a bold faced lie) and a groomer to evaluate the hair loss in his hind end-nerves, fleas or mites, only a vet will be able to tell you. Please don't take him to the dog park until you do - that is not the place to address his aggressive issues. In an effort to help the situation and instead of flat out asking them to leave after being snapped at, I called one friend who is a dog trainer and another who is a professional groomer to help them as a favor to me ($0 cost to Chao or his guest). Clearly, they need professional help with this dog, they are both sorely unprepared to be a pack leader to a terrier. They chose to leave before either could respond. Mickey is not house trained. I have cleaned the carpets just in case the kitchen isn't the only place he urinated/defecated when not taken outside promptly. Take responsibility for your own contribution to the conflict. There is currently an item under moderation with Air BnB. I offered 1/2 refund but Chao wanted no responsibility for the conflict he brought and neglected to cancel the reservation the day they left. Truth-the dryer was not working, as the belt had broken from a prior guest and it's age. This I believe is an afterthought, at no point was I asked about the dryer. The belt has been replaced since. This is a rental property and that is not a repair I was capable of making myself. Truth - this is a FARM, we do have flies, they do get in the house, usually when doors are repeatedly left open, and that is disclosed in my descriptions. Noisy neighborhood? We are the only house for 1/8th of a mile and my 3 neighbors keep to themselves. We do get some traffic noise from the roadway on that side of the house and more than a fair share of sirens since this is a main road to a highway. The horses and cattle can be a bit rambunctious if your not used to livestock moving around at night. Cleaning is an ongoing task and always room for improvement. It's interesting to me that I host from 6 other sites and Air BnB is the only one I've had complaints about cleanliness. Again - this is a farm and it's priced accordingly. If you want the Taj Mahal, there are at least two other listings located in newly constructed home available in the area. You can also rent a hotel room. This property is a converted barn and it was converted a very long time ago. You can't make a silk purse out of a sows ear. I am curious how you feel the photos are misleading. They are photos of this house and that room although the seasons are a bit different. I'll take new ones. btw - if "money is not everything" why are you angry enough to retaliate so viciously? I hope you can become the leaders Mickey needs for his sake.
