This review is totally unacceptable...the 1-star totally meaningless but only stands for the guest himself. The guest arrived the place at 22:30 and tell me at 23:00 that one of the AC did not work. We have another guest stayed for more than 1 week and did not get any feedback regarding AC (please see review from Oliver), even the cleaning staff work during the noon did not get any idea regarding the AC. I have immediately contacted the maintenance person however did not get feedback since it was really late at night... I told David that the AC may not be able to be fixed that night, and meanwhile, we have in total 2 ACs in the place (actually for summer it is totally enough, we installed 2 AC just because the ceiling of the space is quite high, and in winter one AC is not enough). But David asked me for discount directly, which made me totally uncomfortable. 客人到达时间是晚上10点半,11点的时候发来消息,说其中一台空调无法工作,我们立刻联系了维修师傅,师傅并未回复,考虑到晚上11点了,大部分师傅都习惯早睡｡我们表示,屋内还有一台空调可以正常使用,且因为是制冷,所以一台空调是可以满足使用需求的;而且因为之前的客人Oliver入住时间长达一周多,退房时表示非常满意,没有任何问题,中午阿姨打扫房间,也并未得知空调有问题｡(我们第二天中午立刻进行了维修,师傅告知是电路板出了问题,家电产品的损坏,也是说坏就坏的,并不会有先兆)｡然而,当天晚上的情况是,David发来空调不work的图片后,紧接着就直接开口让我们提供折扣｡我们内心也是十分崩溃的｡就事论事,David的1星评价,只能体现他自己的格局｡房屋如果确实不能居住,别说折扣,我们直接会提供全额退款;在房屋的居住没有任何问题,而且,客人本身到达时间和告知问题时间如此晚的情况下,更像是,大晚上来到屋子里,来了就开始挑刺,挑完就直接想要赔偿,又有何格局可言呢?
