Stay within a 5 minute walking distance from the CN Tower and the Rogers Arena! This luxurious condo is in the middle of the financial district, and includes a pool, hot tub, steam room, and gym. Live and breathe downtown Toronto and do it in style.
The Soho Metropolitan, the hotel in which the condo is located, typically rents single bed rooms that don't have appliances etc. for no less than $240 per night. Check it out.
This 1 bedroom condo in the Soho Metropolitan Hotel is located in the heart of Toronto's fashion district and within steps of King and Queen St. West which hosts some of the city's best restaurants, museums, shopping malls, stadiums, tourist attractions and waterfront. The condo is also 1 minute from the city's main highway for those who have to travel out of the city.
Our condo is meticulously clean, has new laminate floors, a good view of the city and financial district, and generally is a lot of fun. Comes with a full kitchen, a washing machine and dryer, access to the hotel's gym, pool, steam room, and hot tub. Including my queen sized bed and couch, the condo sleeps three comfortably.
I am offering my place to responsible and mature individuals.

Atención a los huéspedes
We can leave you the key at a lock box outside the condo or come meet you to show you in - entirely up to your preference. Same goes for dropping off the keys when you wish to leave.
Please leave it how you found it in terms of furniture location and the greeting card, and be respectful of our neighbours. If you could bundle up everything you've used (bedding and towels) and leave it in a conspicuous place that'd be great. Please don't download anything illegally. No smoking please.

I am an avid traveler, but my home base is Toronto. I am a master's student at York University, and there's nothing I like better than meeting new people and learning about how other people see the world. I enjoy all manners of cultural exchange, be it with a neighbour or someone from the other end of the planet. That's why I love Toronto so much - it's like its own tiny microcosm version of planet Earth. The same goes for hosting people too - other people should have the privilege to enjoy what Toronto has to offer.
