Airy, light double bedroom with french doors opening on to a private roof terrace in heart of the town, within the ancient walls of Totnes. The room includes a double pullout sofa bed. The apartment is on the first floor above a shop in the High Street. We are perfectly positioned - a stones throw away from Totnes Castle, good restaurants, pubs, museums and street markets on Fridays and Saturdays. You are only ten minutes on foot from Totnes Station and the River Dart.
Laid back, comfortable and very central. Full use of roof terrace and private double bedroom of first floor flat in central Totnes. One flight of stairs to reach the front door of apartment. Shared bathroom with electric shower over bath, toilet and sink. Shared kitchen with gas stove and oven, sink, toaster, fridge and kettle. We provide fresh sheets, towels and soap. Breakfast is light and self-serve - we provide tea, coffee, fresh fruit and toast.

If you are bringing pets or children please be aware our roof terrace adjoins on to a neighbours' garage roof with no fencing around the edge. We do not allow guests on the garage roof for safety reasons.
Until mid-October we have a small, friendly dog staying with us.
The bedroom is adjacent to the bathroom.
Occasionally I work early shifts, so on those days we will ask that noise is kept to a minimum throughout the apartment after 10pm.
