Nestled between three dramatic volcanoes in Central America, is another of Antigua's hidden secrets. A luxurious colonial vacation home worthy of the majestic setting in which it sits. This home is divided into 4 separate large homes, (3000 sq ft each), and surround a common courtyard with a heated pool and Jacuzzi. All modern world living in what feels like colonial surroundings. Perfect for large families and groups to explore the ruins, cathedrals, museums, restaurants, and shops of Antigua.
Just five blocks from the Central Square (Parque Central), this beautifully decorated colonial style home is located in an authentic, friendly neighborhood, Residencial Hermita, and comes fully-equipped with all first-world amenities (broadband internet, cable/satellite TV) and the old world charms (open fireplaces, wooden ceiling beams, beautiful shared garden, courtyard and picturesque swimming pool). The home also comes with a housekeeper, who comes daily from Mon-Sat to clean & do your washing - for a slight additional charge - and will cook delicious meals for you and your family and friends during your stay.

Imagine…a vacation home where you wake up every morning to a majestic volcano right outside your bedroom window. And inside, everywhere you look there is amazing local art and beautiful colonial architecture of exposed brick, rare aged wood, and wrought iron.??
Antigua, a UNESCO World Heritage City, is the most visited city in Central America. It is centrally located in Guatemala making it easy to take short trips to other popular destinations like Lake Atitlan, Chichicastenango, the Pacific and Caribbean coasts, and Tikal. Known as the "land of the eternal spring", Antigua has a humidity-free average temperature of 75 degrees all year round with cool comfortable evenings, so there is never a bad time to visit.

We appreciate any opportunity to be able to talk about Guatemala...the land of eternal Spring.
