The living room is fully furnished with a 40" HD LED TV with skycable and internet broadband, a comfortable big seating sofa with air conditioned unit. Consist as well of a 4 seater dining table.
The kitchen is well equipped with cooking facilities, pans and pots, as well as dining sets and cutlery, microwave, kettle and fridge.
The Toilet and Bath have hot & cold shower regulator, water sprinkler, and toiletries.

*Please send us a copy of all the guests' id who will be staying in our property. This is to register you and the rest of your guests in our condo admin as our registered guests. (The condo admin requires us the unit owners to register our guest/s before check-in date for security purpose of the building. SOP in the building, security personnel in the lobby will check the names of the people coming into the building. Cross-check with the id presented of the people and the one's registered in their file.)
Pets or Smoking is permitted in the unit, otherwise Php2,300 ($50) for extra cleaning service will be charged.
*In the event you loose the key, a charge of Php4,000 ($85) will be charged to replace the keys & new locks for security purposes.
*Our unit is not part of any hotel operation. Much like having your own vacation home, they come fully furnished with well equipped kitchen, linens, cleaning items, towels & toiletries. To add, no staff will be on-site to do room service, daily housekeeping service to clean and change sheets & towels. Although, if requested, can be arranged:
-Cleaning Fee $10
-New Set of Bedding & Linens $15
-Extra Towel $2/pc

James and Teresa's place is a corner unit with a pool view. It was surprisingly quiet so we were able to rest well during our stay. It was clean and has everything to make your stay comfortable. The place was also walking distance to Jollibee, McDonalds, Goldilocks and Starbucks. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and allowed me to change our check-in date free of charge. Jervin was also very nice and accomodating. He even got me a pool pass for my daughter. I gave it a 5 star because we had a very comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend the place. Thanks.

The condo unit is good and clean. It has also the essentials we need during our stay like flat iron for our clothes and other appliances which make our stay very comfortable, unlike other hotel rooms. The owner was also approchable with regards to our questions and other concerns, but we're quite dissappointed when they informed us that we need to pay for the use of pool separately, but all in all our stay was good.

Overall, the location was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed being on a lively street and walking to a variety of places to eat. There's also 3 different laundry services outside the building which was very convenient. The unit itself is extremely small. There was no extra space for luggages with walking room. It was clean upon arrival, however the unit is really dated. There were 5 of us staying but only 4 towels. There was a lack of basic amenities such as towels, extra bed linen, pillows, hand soap, kitchen items, etc; so be sure to bring your own if needed. I've stayed in more than a few air bnbs with family/friends and this is the first one to not have the basic needs available to guests. In other wards, there isn't much thought (with the guests in mind) that's put into this particular place. Wifi signal wasn't bad, mediocre speed. Otherwise, location, communication, check in was great.
