This condo is located in Kailua-Kona village at the Kona Reef complex. This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is for those who want to be on the oceanfront and see dolphins and whales from their private lanai. Even better, unless you like to drive, you can leave your car parked and walk three blocks to restaurants, shopping and local activities.

The complex has covered parking, security guards, a pool, and spa. You can keep an eye on your children at the pool from your lanai. The main attraction is stunning blue water views and sunsets every night. The lanai is only 100 feet, at the most, from the water. When the surf's up, you will watch surfing and boogie boarding straight out from the lanai. The cool ocean breezes flow through the lanai window to keep your place pleasant all day and night. The condo is a second floor end unit.

There is a 3 night minimum/10 during Ironman and Christmas seasons. This is a non-smoking, no pets unit. Hawaii Tax ID: (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)

The entire condo is your domain while renting this condo. You have access to all complex amenities including the pool and BBQ area.

Kona Coast Vacations respects your vacation time. We will not contact you unless required and are available 7 days a week to answer any of your questions. We are located right in Kailua Kona.

Located at the edge of town and is an easy walk in to shopping, restaurants and a farmers market.

There is an open air shuttle that travels from Keauhou to Kona Shopping areas that travels up and down Alii Drive. Check for pricing and schedules. Most people rent a car while visiting the Big Island so they can explore the entire island. For those not wanting to drive, there are taxis available.

Discounts offered for booking less than 30 days and/or 60 days from arrival.

Travel insurance is available. Rates and availability are subject to verification at time of booking.

We are thankful to Hawaii and its peoples for allowing us to work and play on this great island.
Kona Coast Vacations manages over 170 condos, homes and estates along the leeward (dry and sunny) side of the Big Island ( this island is named Hawaii, same name as the State). We are located right in Kailua Kona which is about 10 minutes south of the KOA (Kona) international airport. Most people include Kailua Kona, Keauhou, Kahaluu, and Holualoa, under the umbrella of the name Kona. We also have team members living near the resort area ( about 25 minutes north of the airport) which include Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Hali'i Kai, Waikoloa Beach Resort (near the coast), Waikoloa Village (up mountain, about 15 minutes from the coast), etc.
Our team of inspectors check the property before your arrival, after you depart, and we inspect the cleaners. If something is amiss, please let us know immediately on arrival and we will address your concerns ASAP.
We are open seven days a week to assist guests and owners. We offer a concierge service, we have maps and recommendations on our web site and are here to answer your questions.
Kona Coast Vacations has been rated excellent by Trip Advisor in 2013 and 2014, and it appears Trip Advisor only offers ratings now, and we are sitting at 4.5/5.0 based on all the reviews since 2009.
We were voted the "Best Vacation Rental Agency" for 2015 and 2016- Best of Hawai'i - Lei Niho Palaoa Awards. We credit these great ratings to our reservations, maintenance and inspection team.
