Descripción

under the roof of bourgeois's building, like in the disney movie "Ratatouille" the mouse chef, you will see all paris from eiffel tower to montmartre, walking easily to the champs Elysées, the sacré coeur in Montmartre or to the Opera.

hello my futur room-mate
for one night or for few months

so the room, i m renting is in the center of Paris in a nice, quiet and safe district, with many metro's line n=° Line two, L three, L seven, L eight, L nine, L twelve, L therteen, L forteen
and also RER A, RER E)
it is around 15 minutes walking from Montmartre (trendy district), the Opéra, or the Champs Elyséés

last floor of the building ( 6 th) elevator stop at the 4 floor and you will reach the apartment by a little stair from the 5 to 6 floor

the room is part of an atypical apartment made of three main room (with a little one for the toilets) and we have to use common area corridor of the builging to go from one room to others rooms. all the rooms are under the roof of the building and has a beautiful view on paris and Eiffel tower

in the old days each room was little bedroom used by one or two homeworkers working for the rich owners of the building using a special stair without red carpet and elevator

so the first room is not your room. This room can be rented only for short stay ( the smaller room i rent)
1/it is a private single separate room very little (2 squares meters ( 200cmx200cm)). very bright, very cosy but with only the essential
there is a place to sleep made of japanese tatami and traditional japanese futon, a large desk to work and some shelves to put stuff and clothes. ( it is not authorized to eat inside this room)

the second room is a shared room
2/ a shared room (around 10 square meters) that is divided in 3 different spaces, a nice kitchen, and little bath, and the little living room (japanese way) i m sorry my wife is japanese
of course when someone take shower the door is closed and others people have to wait. so we just have to be little bit organized but must of the time there is no problem. because we are clever and you are clever and we are all well educated

the third room is your private room (i rent this room only for long stay)
3/ it is a private single separate room little but well organized (around 10 squares meters ( 300cmx370cm)). very bright, very cosy with a little bit more than the essential
there is a place to sleep made of traditional bed, in the futur i will put japanese tatami and traditional japanese futon like in the little room, the room has also a large desk to work and big shelves to put stuff and clothes ( i can organize this space as you need).

the last part is the toilets
4/ the toilets are in a separate room, large and clean

*advantages of the apartment
- bourgeois's district very quiet, safe in center of Paris
- the kitchen is separated comfortable, usefull, no cooking smell in the bedroom
- many line of metro and RER less than 5 minutes n=° Line two, L three, L seven, L eight, L nine, L twelve, L thirteen, L forteen / RER A and E
- we are here, so good neighbor and i know very well Paris and we like very much Sake ( japanese wine, did i told you that my wife is Japan... and that she loves sake....)

*disadvantage of the apartment
- shower is separated from the bedroom and it is a shared shower
- toilets are separated from the bedroom and it is a shared toilets ( advantage no bad smell)
- the room can be a little bit hot in summer if people forget to ventilate it.

so now you know almost everything
if you have any questions you can ask me
see you soon
Gael
