Please, leave the place as you found it.
This is the place where i live, when i'm not at my boyfriend's or travelling. You're welcome to use stereo and CDs and read books as long as you leave them at my place when you leave.
Inviting over guests is fine, within reason: I have a diner table that accomodates up to 6 guests and that's fine; over than that or having a party is not okay.
Don't be too loud please! I have a quiet old woman on the flat under mine, and would like to keep good relationship with her. I'd appreciate you not walking with noisy shoes in.
I'm a non smoker, but i have friends that smoke. Smoking is only permitted in the kitchen and in the living room, please. You'll find ashtrays in the upper bookshelf, on the glasses shelve, and out the living room window. Please use them and air a bit afterwards!
I'm a 41 years old Parisian, working in photography and communication. I live with my partner and our son in Paris 15. My step son is also often home with us. We travel as much as possible, and love diving, in France or abroad.
I'm thus happy to share my former place with visitors coming to Paris, for personal or professional reasons.
We love food and would be happy to advise restaurants when you come over! I also do a lot of sport. If you need advice on running or swimming spots when coming, I can share mine!
Now that i've explain you who I am, please note that I kindly expect the same from you.
