The flat is a short walk to Raynes Park and is close to convenient bus routes directly to Raynes Park, Wimbledon and Morden.

Guests have full access to the entire flat except for a small bedroom that the owners keep their personal belongings in. The flat is only made available when the owners are away. Unfortunately the flat is not suitable for children.

Emily is the daughter of the owner of the property. She lives locally with her husband Mike and she will be your contact person and host during your stay.
The Co-operative mini supermarket is only 5 minutes walk away, open daily from 7am to 10pm. Wide range of food, household essentials, beers, wines, spirits and a free in-store ATM (cashpoint)
The nearest shop is Cannon Hill News Food & Wine just round the corner past Monkeys coffee shop on Grand Drive.
The flat is very close to two useful bus routes. The 213 stops in Cannon Hill Lane itself and will take you to Morden ( 7 minutes). The 163 stops just round the corner on Grand Drive and will take you to Raynes Park (15 minutes) or all the way to Wimbledon (25 minutes). Raynes Park benefits from excellent transport links including a train which is approximately 4 minutes to Wimbledon, 11 minutes to Clapham Junction and 22 minutes to Waterloo. By car, this property is minutes from the A3 which offers quick access out of London and onwards to the M25.

We can only accomodate evening ( after 5.30pm) and weekend check in times. Unfortunately the flat is not suitable for children.
Guests are asked to show respect for the neighbours especially those below them in the downstairs flat by avoiding making too much noise. Pets are not permitted in the flat or garden. Smoking is not allowed.
