Nos gusto la casa y resort Encantada. En la llegada notamos que falto limpieza, sobre todo en la terraza donde la mesa y sillas se encontraban con polvo y había dejado una bolsa de basura. Nuestra estadía fue de 7 días, pero en el día 4 la electricidad de la casa fue cortada por falta de pago por parte del anfitrion o su administrador. Esa noche al llegar de un largo día en los parques nos encontramos con ese problema, intente comunicarme con el anfitrion sin exito y tuvimos que dormir sin electricidad. A la mañana siguiente recien a las 9.30 se acerco un representante del anfitrion a la casa a explicar que el problema era que habian cortado la electricidad por falta de pago y que recien se reconectaría al día siguiente, por lo que nos ofrecio otras casas o apartamentos pero más pequeños segun su propia descripción, por una noche o hasta el final de nuestra estadía, o pasar una noche en algun hotel y regresar al día siguiente. Optamos por la opción del hotel, que nos fue reconocida por el anfitrion, pero este problema nos hizo perder casi un día de nuestras cortas vacaciones, además de todo los que teniamos en el refrigerardor, una cena que teniamos planificada por mi cumpleaños y el mal rato de la situación en general. Incluso el día que tenia que reconectarse la electricidad, lo hicieron recien despues de las 17hs, y hasta ese momento no sabiamos si teniamos que volver a buscar un hotel o dispondriamos de la casa.

I am sorry you had the electricity issue during your stay. This was completely put of our hands as the power company disconnected due to a change of management with out informing anyone. They could not reconnect the same day. We did pay in full for a hotel of your choice during this time. If any further receipts had been given we would have honored them. I understand this is not ideal but we did all we could to correct the situation.

Mike and Scott, were great host. Always kept in contact, to see our needs. The condo, was very lovely and clean, and no issues. Great place to stay at if your looking for a vacation home.

Clean and exactly like the picture. Mike was always there if we had a question, and even checked if we were doing fine. Will definitely airbnb with Mike again.

Mike's townhouse was in a very pleasant location with an easy commute to and from Disney parks. It had everything we needed. It was super nice to have 2 1/2 bathrooms, which many choices of lodging would not have. The kitchen and living area was just right for our needs and was nicely kept and clean. The complex itself has two very nice swimming pools. Thank you Mike, for the hospitality you provided by renting your property to our family.

Patio area was very dirty with big black stains. Outside table and jacuzzi were dirty. Found several patches of dust/hair laying around the house. Jacuzzi didn't work for a couple of Days. Mike referred me to his management company all the time. Jacuzzi didn't work for the first couple of days. Took them about 6 days to get this fixed. The guy of the villa's management company (who never properly introduced himself and looked like he never wanted to be there) played me for a fool and had several contradicting statements: jacuzzi's jn florida work differently from jauzzis in California and are heated by the ambient air (I had a similar house on the same resort with a jacuzzi that was heating up fine in winter). Then he told me the jacuzzi had been broken already in November but the owner didn't want the part replaced. The jacuzzi was reading FL all the time which meant the flow was restricted so it would not heat. The information was right there in the manual. Then he asked me if i was sure it read FL and not FR (freeze protection)... really??? When they had someone fix the jacuzzi I was never informed it was fixed only after I asked about it. I rented this house for the jacuzzi, otherwise I could have gone for a cheaper house with no jacuzzi, I asked for financial compensation but all I got was an apology (after 6 days). If something is broken please just tell me it's broken and do your best to fix the issue. The house is nice and in a good location but I am worried that if a bigger problem were to arise there will be no proper action taken by the owner or management.

I am truly disappointed regarding this review and assessment. At no time did John mention anything about the house being dirty nor did he supply any pictures in support of his later claim. His comment that it took 6 days to get it fixed is completely untrue the fault was reported on May 6th at 5pm on a Saturday and was repaired on the 9th a copy of the invoice was supplied to AirBNB. Bear in mind I am renting a private home and not running a commercial hospitality facility with round the clock maintenance capability and have to rely on arranging repairs as soon as practical. I do not know who this person from the management company because my agent is a lady and she tried to get in contact with John in person no fewer than 6 times during the stay. As regards the accusation that the Jacuzzi has been broken since November is completely untrue because I have had no fewer than 5 guests stay since the start of the year an none of them say the Jacuzzi was not functioning, Despite his comment that he rented the house purely for the Jacuzzi again the email exchange does not support this. I did not always refer John to my management company In response to his initial complaint I said I had contacted them and they would be in touch. As it happens they were initially unavailable as it was the day before mothers day. I reiterate that I am based in the UK and it is more convenient to work with the management company. I believe that the motivation for this review is as he states himself was his desire for compensation which I do not feel was appropriate. I can only restate that I have had good reviews apart from one other which I have already acknowledged was my fault but I dont believe this is true in this case
