Peaceful home to enjoy after your day of exploring Ithaca's natural beauty, colleges, local breweries and wineries! Walking distance to downtown's restaurants and shops, as well as the Farmer’s Market, Cascadilla gorge and Ithaca Falls.
The front porch is a relaxing space to enjoy a summer morning with a good book and a cup of coffee. The house is serene and light filled with hardwood floors throughout. The living room features mid century style with modern necessities (TV, cable, wi-fi, and Marshall Bluetooth speaker). The kitchen is fully equipped and has a new gas stove and dishwasher. The beautiful dining room is the perfect setting for great food and conversation. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms (two with queen beds and one smaller room with a twin bed). All beds have new premium mattresses. The master bedroom includes a large loft space perfect for yoga or star gazing (please be careful when using the ladder to the loft). There is one full bathroom.

You can enjoy Ithaca without a car in this prime, walkable location. Arrive by bus into town or by plane into Tompkins Regional airport. If you are driving, there is plenty of street parking in front of the house

We are Ed, Merilee and Genevieve. We enjoy sailing on Cayuga Lake, hiking at Buttermilk Falls, watching films at Cinemapolis and eating Cambodian food at the Farmers Market. Welcome to Ithaca!
