This cozy and very convenient 2 bedroom/1.5 bathroom home is the perfect family rental to enjoy South Padre Island to its fullest. The Condo has a large flat screen TV in the living area, a fully equipped kitchen and bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses. One queen size bed in the main bedroom and one twin and one queen size beds in bedroom #2, with a TV in each bedroom. There is a vertical washer and dryer center conveniently located in the home and close to the bedrooms. ----
The beach is just a brisk walk (about 4-5 minutes) East from the condo. South Padre Island main street is half a block away to the West, very close to several restaurants and novelty retail stores.
A wonderful and refreshing semi-private pool (shared by only two other units) awaits you and your family when you come back from the beach. The patio also features a stone picnic table and tropical patio furniture, all surrounded by year-round flower beds.
This property is registered with the city of South Padre Island.
City of SPI taxes (11%) will be collected through a separate payment request. State of Texas occupancy taxes (6%) are included in the quote

I started investing in Real Estate in SPI back in 2009, where I bought a townhome for our use, but we used it for only a couple of weeks during the year. So I started renting it short term and realized I was meeting wonderful people always wanting to relax and enjoy the Island... I loved it so much that I bought the unit next door, and then a unit one block away, and so forth... it's been a wonderful journey. We now own 13 units and are currently managing 3 additional units belonging to friends! I retired from the industry and I am doing this full time!
