A great base for exploring the Lakes. Comfortable accommodation, sleeps 4 easily. Fully-equipped kitchen and living room with TV and Wifi. Nice garden too. We'll definitely be back!

David is a particularly nice and generous host. He always answered very quickly and helped us with everything even when our stay was over he did us a big favour and drove to MAN airport with no hesitation to bring us our passports which we forgot at Lothlorien. Lothlorien is such a beautiful place! It is spacious, has everything you might need and is very lovely decorated. Also, the location is perfect as there are a bus and a train station in 5 minutes walking distance and a free parking lot in front of the house. Furthermore the house has a very big and lovely garden - it really is a little paradise. I'd recommend everyone to stay there! :)

Great view from this lovely house and large garden. It is up a steep hill and a car is probably a necessity but well worth visiting as the view was just great.

What a great house! A well equipped house that was spotless. It has a big garden which was a pleasure to sit out in and for the kids David was a great host, communication was excellent and the little touches like milk in the fridge were lovely. Thankyou for an excellent holiday and great family memories

Cracking little bungalow with stunning views! Ideal for couples or small families! The place was Immaculate when we arrived and the overall stay was really relaxed and comfortable. Only slight negative is some of the neighbours park insensitively making getting on and off the drive a little trickier than we'd have liked, but that's out of Davids hands. David was great in providing us with all the details we needed prior to the stay and even when a light bulb tricked the electricity, it was sorted in no time at all. Great stay and would certainly recommend!
