15 minutes to Keene. 50 minutes to Concord. 30 minutes to Peterboro. 45 minutes to Brattleboro VT. Close to Antioch New England College. Near Granite Gorge.

There is no public transportation available and you must use a car (all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive preferred if travelling in the winter)

There are 2 cats and 2 dogs in the house who are very social and loves to visit!

Communicate with other guests about socializing at the house. Respect their privacy and need for rest. Smoking is allowed outside only and guests are responsible for clean up of smoking supplies. Unplug all unnecessary items when possible and conserve energy! Keep thermostat at or below 65 degrees to also conserve energy and fuel costs. Lower thermostat to 60 degrees if you are the last guest to leave. Pick up after yourself and keep all common areas clean and neat. Keep personal belongings in your room when possible. Please remove shoes at the door as I follow Hawaiin customs and it decreases dirt inside the house.
