I'm not renting or subletting my place to you -- I'm offering you the opportunity to experience the benefits of my lovely downtown home :)
It's a beautiful 500+ sq. ft. unit. It's got wall-to-wall windows along one side and two balconies.
The kitchen and bathroom are immaculately clean (a must for me!), perfect for cooking a nice meal then relaxing in the bath after dinner!

You have access to the entire unit and the amenities in the basement.
Note: to get to amenities, go to the second floor. When you leave the elevators, turn right and walk all the way down the hallway, continuing to turn right, until you hit the second set of elevators. Take it down to the P1 and you'll find the amenities including a full gym, pool, hotter, sauna, theatre room, billiards area, etc.

In the off chance the unit is missing anything and you have to purchase it, (toilet paper, dish soap, etc) let me know and I'll reimburse you the full price for your inconvenience.

***THERE IS NO LONGER CABLE TV*** Cable is the way of the past! If you'd like to watch anything, you're invited to do so off your own devices with unlimited wifi access. Don't forget to bring your laptop or tablet!
***THERE IS NO PARKING WITH THE UNIT***
The majority of my guests do not need parking, but if you require it, there is a paid underground parking lot a few streets over, closer to Spadina (under the Sobey's grocery store.) It's a short walk away.
There is also paid street parking all over the area from Bathurst to Spadina (right in front of the building to a few streets over.) It is free from 9pm-8am but you need a paid parking ticket in the dash at all other times. They can be purchased from the machines on the street.
If there are any issues whatsoever, please contact me immediately any time of day or night. If I am unavailable, you can contact my significant other. Do not enquire with the concierge or neighbours until you've asked one of us first :)
While you're there:
The heat and A/C are pretty self-explanatory. Use the system as needed but please leave it on auto and turn it off when you leave the unit. I like the unit to be as energy-efficient as possible :)
If you'd like to do some laundry, you've got to turn ON the valve first, which is just to the right of the machine on the wall. When you've finished with the washing machine, turn it OFF right away. (It's a special energy-efficient machine and it doesn't like for the water to be left on!)
Please respect other people in the building and don't play loud music, especially after 10 pm. It's a beautiful and welcoming place for laid-back and calm guests.
If you accidentally break a glass or spill something, no biggy. Just be careful and clean it up. Let me know afterward in case I need to replace anything. Things happen :)
When you leave:
Other than towels and linens (which will be done after you leave), please leave the unit as you found it. If you've used the iron and ironing board, for example, please put it back where you found it. Do your dishes by hand or start the dishwasher. Please don't leave the kitchen counter messy. If you have more garbage than what's left in the various bins in the unit, (i.e. bottles, cereal boxes,) please dispose of it yourself down the garbage/recycling shoots which are just outside the unit to the right in the garbage room. Recycle when you can!
Leave dirty towels in the bathroom on the back of the door and you may leave the sheets on the bed.
Not following house rules, i.e., leaving dishes in the sink or not cleaning up an accidental spill, may result in an additional cleaning fee.
If I've got to hire a professional cleaning service for a job I can't do, like a carpet stain, I'll have to charge the guest for it. (I've never actually had to do that. Just as a head's up.)
Fobs are pricy. I pay management $100 for each of them. Please take care of them! If you lose a set of keys, you'll have to pay for a replacement.
