My place is 45 years old, nothing new, but you can get me from the station Sumiyoshi within 4 minutes on foot. It has 2 subway lines. You can go to Akihabara, Shinjuku, Shibuya very easy. I don't have bath, but you can enjoy Sento instead of it.
My place is 45 years old and nothing new, but I try to make my place nice. I have some English lessons beside you, so you will have sometimes talk with Japanese kids. If you do not relate to them, you will have a place to keep your private time.

Atención a los huéspedes
I work at my place almost every day until about 8. I try to keep in contact with you.
I think Sumiyoshi hasn't been sightsee yet. You might use your some Japanese, which make you enjoy some real Japan Tokyo.
There is a supermarket on the first floor of my apartment.
I have a HP of my English School. There is a page named "Deep Tokyo in Koto-ku" in my HP, where I try introducing my neighborhood in English. If you have some questions, please ask me on the HP, which can improve my information.
From the nearest entrance of the Station Sumiyoshi, it takes 3 minutes' walk, but you will probably bring huge baggage, so it's better to use the entrance which has elevator.
Otros aspectos destacables
One of my photos show my bad point. The toilet is a few meters away from my place, but it is on the same floor. Besides, I don't have bath, but you will definitely enjoy a Sento instead of bath.
Smoking is not definitely allowed. You shared some space with the people who use the apartment. Please don't make a noisy sound especially at night.
