I am very sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your two days of stay in our apartment.
I am very surprised because RJ told me how your young partner when arrived into the apartment was saying how nice was the apartment.
How I wished also when you arrived you should have refused to stay if you feel our place has not up to your standard. And you are not happy to stay for two days. There and then I could have given you a refund.
Nevertheless, you continue to stay and only complain after you left.
Regarding the noise - I apologise if it is not obvious to you that our apartment is right next to the School. Although when you query I did tell you that we are right next to the high school as our Landmark. Having said this, only from 7:00am to 4:00pm school hours you hear the noise from the school but after this time the place is quieter.
TV satellite- I have not advertise that I have a cable. Please look again into my listing. Only TV with few channels available.
The cleaning fee I charge, it does give you only one cleaning service in your apartment, if you require extra cleaning ( includes changing your bed linens and towels) will incur extra charges please see my listing for S2.
No shower heater - Yes, it is correct that there is no shower heater for S2( your apartment you chose)for only 1,200 pesos/night.
However, I have another listing S-3 (Windsor) which has a Shower Heater and it was available during at that time of your booking, you should have chosen to stay in this apartment, if shower heater facility is a must for you. You should have paid a little bit extra and stay in my other apartment that has a heater and available for 1,600pesos/night. Again please look at my listing. Remember, The Studio apartment you chose is a lot cheaper.
Again, you have seen the place and must have feel the bed as you and your young partner had checked in early into the apartment, which my staff tried their best to accomodate you. MY Normal check in time is 2:00pm you arrived at around 11:00am in the apartment.
You had 3 hours in the apartment surely you could have said and inform RJ or myself that the bed is uncomfortable and there is no blanket. Remember, we dont provide very thick blanket only thin ones as it is a hot country. Controlling the aircon does the trick, why lower down the AC if you think it is already too cold.
You are the only guest who has said nothing good at all about our apartment and services and that I am very disappointed.
My staff ( RJ and Lawrence) had tried their best (staff ) in extending services to attend your needs, such as getting you a Taxi early in the morning when you require to leave at 6:00 am.
