A stunning two bedroom flat located a stone’s throw from Stoke Newington overground station and 20 – 25 minutes from central London. This property is available at a bargain price as it is new to Airbnb.com.
It is newly refurbished throughout with all the conveniences you could want in a home away from home. These include hi speed WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, spa style bathroom, two good sized double bedrooms and a cozy living room with convertible futon. Stylishly decorated throughout the property is perfect for 4 and at a squeeze can accommodate up to 6. A touch of luxury is added by the linen and towels which are all 100% finest Egyptian cotton.

“Stokie” as it is affectionately known by locals, is one of the coolest parts of London. There’s an abundance of excellent restaurants, pubs, parks, and live music venues within walking distance. The overground, being the new underground, provides superb transport. A cheaper (though slightly slower) option, which enables you to observe the city as opposed to what’s beneath it, is the 73 bus. The 73 runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, leaving from right outside the flat going through Islington, Kings Cross, Euston, Centre Point, Oxford Circus, Trafalgar Square, Westminster (Houses of Parliament), finishing at Victoria (Buckingham Palace).

Some of London’s most interesting parks are just around the corner. Stoke Newington Common is a space rich in history: not least the archaeological discovery of stone age settlement. Clissold Park, one of Hackney's best loved traditional parks, was opened in 1889 and contains Clissold House, a stunning Grade II* listed building.

As your host I aim to share my local knowledge of both Stoke Newington and London. My aim is to build a reputation through providing immaculate accommodation and an efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable hosting service.

Apartamento con una excelente ubicación, buen transporte publico, tiendas de alimentación, bares y restaurantes. Es tal como se describe, muy bien decorado, buen equipamiento, limpio y zona tranquila. La comunicación con el anfitrión es buena, ha contestado rápido a nuestras consultas. Con el servicio de mantenimiento debe tener algún problema, las lavadoras estaban repletas de ropa , una lavada y otra sin lavar. Perfecto para estancias cortas y bien para 4 personas. Gracias

All good, flat is compact but had all we needed. Close to train and london and Morrisons supermarket is 10 minutes walk away. Stevens place is value for money. Recommended.Thanks!
