DOWNSTAIRS: The open plan living and kitchen area is tiled throughout and includes a split system air conditioner (heating + cooling), comfortable lounge plus 2x reclining arm chairs, flat screen LCD TV, Blu-ray DVD, modern timber dining setting for 8 guests, nautical prints and sliding door access to the front carport with gas BBQ and plenty of room for the kids to play. The kitchen is equipped providing guests with the option to prepare meals at home or dine out and includes coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, wall oven, stove-top, full size fridge freezer plus plenty of bench space including a breakfast bar with 2x stools. There is internal access to the double lock-up garage which can also be utilised as a rumpus room with seating and a 2nd flat screen TV. The laundry is adjacent to the garage where guest have full use of the top loading washing machine, dryer and 2nd toilet with a fold-up clothes line and outdoor shower (hot and cold water) to the rear.
UPSTAIRS: All 3 bedrooms are located on the upper floor to capture the cool sea breezes with the master bedroom offering a queen size bed, side tables, ceiling fan and mirrored built-in robe. The 2nd bedroom also offers a queen size bed, side tables, ceiling fan and mirrored built-in robe with the 3rd bedroom offering 2x king single beds, side table, ceiling fan and built-in robe. The main bathroom can be accessed via the master bedroom or upper hallway and comes with a bath, shower, vanity and toilet. Other features include a level driveway and double carport for the car and trailer boat plus plenty of room for the kids to ride around.

Keys must be collected AFTER 2pm from our managing agent at 47 Shoal Bay Rd Shoal Bay NSW. Their hours are:
9:00am to 5:00pm Monday - Friday
9:00am - 4:00pm Saturdays
Closed Sundays and Public Holidays
After hours key collection is available from their office for an additional cash fee of $20.00.
