PET POLICY: We feel it's important to understand why we charge for your pet. They are beings, just like us, they are family, so think of them as an "extra person". However, they are in a strange house and yard, and though most people have well trained pets, it is possible that something could get damaged or need extra cleaning, and the pet fee generalizes that contingency. We hope you'll understand. To make sure we know you read this section, please include the word "WOOFER" in your initial correspondence. One dog $25 per stay, two dogs $40 per stay. Your furry companion must be leash trained, house broken, non aggressive. Please let us know if you'll be bringing your pet ahead of time. We have a food/water dish available but please bring your pet's food, toys, bed, crate, leash, etc. Cats are cool too! Same rules/prices apply, PLUS we can provide a litter box.
Two things to note: We only accept reservations if you have Verified ID. And - PET POLICY: To make sure we know you read this section, please include the word "WOOFER" in your initial correspondence, thanks! All we ask is that you respect the retreat, keep it tidy, clean your dishes. NO SMOKING at any time. In warm weather please use the evaporative "swamp" cooler and ceiling fans. In cold weather please use the hallway heater. Please clean up after your dog in the event of an accident, cleaning supplies are under kitchen sink. There is a rake, pan and bucket in the yard to collect dog poop, please do so before you leave. Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am.
The Coyote thanks you and hopes you enjoy your stay!
