it's been a pleasure having both of you in our villa, i am glad you took the time to express your honest opinion about your experience in Casa Gyla and to that i would like to address some of the things that you've mentioned in your commentary. i'd like to personally apologize for the inconvenience you must've experienced with the language barrier, i would like to inform you that we have hired a linguistically efficient account manager who will be handling the day to day client interactions in the future, both english and french. there's no signs or signage in Casa Gyla as it is a classic embodiment of what a luxurious authentic moroccan style villa should look like and the owners thought they should keep that special charm intact, airbnb offers a (Hidden by Airbnb) map service that never failed our other clients so far. the pricing for the dinner could indeed be considered a little pricey however considering the placement and general atmosphere that is the crux of our villa, i think it's well worth that price wouldn't you say?
i'd also like to inform you that the price for a coke in Casa Gyla is not 4 Euros but 3, you can double check on the receipt that we've handed to you on the day of your departure from the establishment. i'd also like to point out that we've already put a disclaimer on our airbnb account that we cannot accept credit card or any other from of payment besides cash. here in casa Gyla we are always happy when the client is happy and every new client is a new experience, i am certain that we will improve upon our overall service using your light suggestions and constructive criticism, thank you again for coming and we hope we will see you again.
