The neighbourhood

The area is quiet during the night for you to get a good night’s rest. This property is conveniently located in the Ardross area, close to Ardross Primary and Applecross Senior High School. Just a walk to Wireless Hill Park, where one of Perth’s earliest Telecommunication centres used to be.

Just within walking distance is Riseley Village and Canning Highway, where there is a variety of restaurants, a pharmacy, post office and supermarket. We recommend trying Ohnamiya for an affordable Japanese meal or il Ciao for Italian.

Garden City Shopping Centre is also about a 10-15 minute walk away, where there are over 250 retailers and a large movie theatre.

Getting around

There are bus stops within walking distance away, which can take you towards Perth or Fremantle. If driving Perth City is approximately a 20 minute drive while Fremantle takes around 15 minutes.

The host is very friendly and welcoming. The house is exactly the same as the listing description and images. The equipment in the house is very clean and completed, especially the kitchenware. Also, the neighbourhood is very nice, they helped us to find the location.
