Want to start by saying that Su from Phuket Real Life was a great host and she helped us with all problems we faced during our 2 months stay in this apartment.
Overall, great location and very nice apartment building. However, apartment itself does need some renovation, especially furniture and linens. I had to buy my own set because I could not sleep on those that were provided. Some dirty spots, bad fabric and just not nice at all.
When we came, apartment was not clean at all, although we were told that cleaning is provided. Since we stayed for 2 months, we decided to clean on our own to make sure things are really clean and not just made to look somewhat clean.
Another huge problem for me, was internet. There is no internet connection in this building, you have to buy it from one and only provider, which has horrible wifi coverage. It is very costly and had so bad and unstable signal that I had to get mobile internet and use it for work. Less expensive and faster. So keep that in mind.
Water in this apartment is far away from clean. It was rusty and pretty much not usable. We ruined several white clothes by using washing machine in this apartment. So I do not recommend using it.
Keep in mind that electricity is not include and it was very pricey for us even after discount they gave us. We did not use air conditioners that much and still we had to pay a lot!
Location: 10-15 mins walk to Patong Beach. Lots of restaurants, shops, cafes. Jungceylon is about 1.9 km away, so took us around 20-25 mins to walk there. Same to Bangla road.
Amenities: Great pool, for those who like using it. I personally prefer the sea:) For one month the gym was open until very late and we enjoyed exercising before going to bed but then they introduced new hours and were closing it at 8 pm. Which was not good time for us and we stopped using and that was a huge minus.
We did feel safe and secure in this building, so this is a big plus.
Overall, I probably would not go back but would certainly work again with Phuket Real Life
