This is a great location with close beach access, a convenience store for supplies, restaurants, ice cream, and Wings swim store all within walking distance (even with a toddler). The beach was great and not too busy even on weekends. The pool was a big hit with my son as well. I was looking for a place we could Uber to from the airport and not hassle with renting a car, and this fit the bill extremely well for our short beach vacation. Great service from Theresa at the office, and check-in was a breeze. The condo is as pictured, and it's a great value! We were grateful for the beach toys and chairs available for use.

We had a great few days at John's place in St Pete's. Just as described, in a brilliant location very close to the beach. Lovely pool and very well appointed condo. Easy check in (late at night as our flight from London was delayed) and check out. Very quiet with good restaurants within walking distance. All in all highly recommended!

This was a great place to stay for a few days and show our kids the ocean for the first time. The beach is less than a block away and there are many choices for simple shopping, snacks, souvenirs and restaurants just as close! Just what we needed for a family of four beach getaway!
