The home is located steps away from spectacular Ke Iki Beach. 2 rooms are located on the second story and the master and an adjacent kids room are located on the first floor.

The property is one lot back from the ocean with a private side access gate to the beach path. Fully fenced and surrounded by lush tropical plantings with two outdoor patio areas, the property is a secluded oasis. Two rooms are located on the second story and the master and an adjacent kids room are located on the first floor. The lay out offers families traveling together both private areas to unwind and gathering spots to enjoy each other's company. Ample off street parking inside of the gated property is available.

The entire property is all yours! The house is a private, detached, single family, fenced in home with no other tenants on site.

We provide guests with a free app that includes driving directions, move in instructions, information about the house and loads of info about our island. We love to share our favorite recommendations with guests, and are available in the office 7 days a week to answer your questions. After hours we use an answering service in case you need reach us about anything urgent.

The state of Hawaii requires that all short term renters pay both the GET and TAT (Transient Accommodation Tax) on rent and fees, a total of 13.962%. The Airbnb platform does not currently give us the ability to itemize and charge these taxes accurately. We are in contact with Airbnb regarding this, and hope to have the issue fixed soon. In the meantime, after making a reservation all guests will be sent a separate e-contract with house rules, and will be required to pay the taxes using a major credit card. All guests will be required to sign a house rules contract and pay required State of Hawaii taxes prior to arrival. If you do not feel comfortable signing the house rules or paying the taxes outside of the Airbnb website please do not book online.

The house rules are standard, such as no smoking and no pets. One very strictly enforced rule is that we do not permit outside guests; all people on property must be registered. Our homes are intended for the enjoyment of our resident guests and not as a gathering spot for parties or events. This is in order to honor and respect the neighbors - we take pride in being great neighbors! If you would like more information about the rules please request a copy of our full contract before making a reservation.

This home is in the perfect location and is absolutely beautiful! The layout of the home is highly functional, cozy, and quaint. Our party of 7 had an incredible time and could not have been happier!!!!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this awesome house. The location is great - steps from a great beach for sunset (too crazy for swimming though) and a short walk down the bike path to the best snorkeling and easy swimming beaches on the North Shore. We rented bikes (which was super easy - they came and dropped off/picked up! North Shore Bike Rental) which made it super easy to explore further to the incredible beaches in the hood. The food truck set up down the street has 8+ killer dining options and is right next to a grocery store - all a ten minute walk - which makes food a cinch. The interior of this house is lovely - super comfortable and well decorated. One note on the bedroom setup - the room pictured with bunk beds is in a bit of a shared space (folks have to walk through it to get to one of the 2 bathrooms or to get to the upstairs bedrooms) so make sure that whoever plans to sleep in there goes to bed late! Overall our group of 6 friends (two couples) loved this place and hope to come back and stay! I highly suggest making sunset margaritas and walking down to the beach behind the house (about 100 yards down a little path between houses) to join the handful of folks doing the same thing. We made it a nightly tradition.

Loved this house!!! It was super comfortable and had everything we needed and more. Love the access to the beach and food trucks. Made viewing sunsets in the evening and grabbing an Acai bowl in the morning very convenient. Thank you for letting us enjoy your little piece of heaven!

Perfect for 5+ Guests! Within walking distance to Sunset Beach breathtaking to say the least and you can hear the waves from the house sadly your street side but other than that pretty easy access when renting a vehicle!

Hawaii Beach Homes is a family owned business located in Honolulu, Hawaii. We offer a small selection of beach front rentals on the beautiful island of Oahu. Our business started over 35 years ago when our founders fell in love with a beach house on their favorite beach, Laniakea, and were able to purchase it for their family when it finally went on the market. Friends began asking to rent their home when they were not using it, and then other friends began asking them to help take care of beach homes they had purchased. The rest is history.

We are a boutique vacation rental company, and carefully choose each property we take on. All of our owners are part of our Ohana (extended family), and our small staff has spent lots of time in each home. We know every house, beach, and neighborhood well, and love nothing more than helping you choose the perfect spot for your own Ohana. We understand that a trip to Hawaii is an experience of a life time for many of our guests. Our goal is to ensure that you feel truly at home, and that you are able to experience the spirit of Aloha.
