Guests have full access to this private 2 Master bedrooms on ground level home, an open plan main room consisting of a family room, kitchen, dining area, and pool table area, and a separate laundry room. Both bedrooms have queen size beds, built in closets, and ocean view. There is a queen size futon in the family room that make into bed for additional guests (2).
There are ceiling fans in all the main rooms and additional portable fans.
In the family room you'll find an HDTV with comfortable tropical cane furniture, casual dining area with seating for 4-6. The front lanai has a glass dining table with seating for 6, and umbrella cover.
The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs. It has ice maker, toaster oven, microwave, electric cook top, oven, coffee grinder, blender, mixer, cooking utensils, dishware and tableware.

The spa and tiki torches are propane gas operated. A ‘normal’ usage of propane gas is included in the nightly rental fee. Guests are required to pay for any excessive propane gas usage consumed above the ‘normal’ consumption amount. The ‘normal’ amount typically consumed by guests is 2.5 gallons per day (1% of a 250-gallon tank). Guests will be charged $7.20 per gallon for consumption above the ‘normal’ usage during their stay. This cost includes all taxes. The propane gas for the fire pit and the BBQ are included in the nightly rental fee, along with all other utilities.

Owner/manager lives on property, on the second floor, with a separate living area and a separate entrance to that of the rental home. Owner/manager do not use the rental amenities during guests stay. Owner/manager is available to help throughout guests stay if needed, to ensure guests stay is enjoyable and comfortable, but total respect and privacy will be given to guests at all times.

Friendly, although shy, pet cats live on the property but they are not allowed in the rental home. Koi fish live in the property pond.
The state of Hawaii requires everyone renting out a property to collect General Excise Tax (GET: 4.166%) and Transient Accommodation Tax (TAT: 9.25%). This 13.42% tax is not included in the price per night advertised, and is collected on your arrival at check in. W10891219-01

Guests are expected to behave respectfully, and respect the property and neighbors. This is a quiet residential vacation accommodation, guests are kindly asked to comply with the local noise ordinance quiet time after 10pm. No parties, receptions, luaus, events, weddings, loud music and any time gatherings with non-guests of any kind are strictly prohibited.
Guests shall use the pools and spa at their own risk. Guests shall not permit use of pools or spa located on this property by unsupervised children or non-guests.
No pets allowed.
No smoking home, but smoking is permitted in designated outdoor area.
