If you appreciate a peaceful, clean, quiet & calm space - this is where you want to be. Our apt is HUGE with high ceilings and lots of natural light, newly renovated, & convenient to Q, R & 2 trains (7 min walk), prospect park (5 min walk), grocery, laundry. We are also minutes away from Flatbush avenue, filled with restaurants, cafe's, and bars, and 30 mins to Manhattan (the city).
The bedroom has two windows that allows for lots of natural light to flood in. We have a queen sized bed with a mirror and hardwood floors throughout the apt. The room is on the opposite end of our bedroom so you will have privacy. We are on the top floor so there is no noise from upstairs neighbors - very quiet and peaceful space.

2 blocks to the 2 train, 4 blocks to the q and b train - both trains will take you into manhattan in about 30 minutes. There are also lots of restaurants / cafes / bars / supermarket / laundromat within a 5 minute walk of the building on Flatbush avenue. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.
street parking is available, we are conveniently located near the train station and buses, uber is readily available in our neighborhood as well as car2go vehicles.
No outside guests
Shoes are not worn inside the apartment
No to very light cooking preferred
Guests are asked to not eat in bedroom (only kitchen / living room)
Guest is responsible for recycling and taking out their trash
Guest is expected to clean up after him or herself (put toilet seat down, wash dishes after use, and leave the room in the same condition it was delivered) to prevent attraction of vermin
