Información sobre este anuncio
Casa Luna is located on a quiet cobblestone street on "Gringo Hill"with views of the ocean, coastline, and jungle. It is a short 5 minute stroll to Sayulita's main plaza and beach.
The house has three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed with a private en suite bathroom, a natural stone tiled deck with a hammock and pergola, a natural palm "palapa" roof, and sweeping ocean and coastline views. The other two bedrooms are connected with a "Jack and Jill" style bathroom. Both of these bedrooms are at ground level. The stairs between levels are outside. The smaller front bedroom has a full bed and opens to lush gardens and the pool. The back bedroom is more of an "overflow sleeping area", that, while large and clean, does not offer the views of the other bedrooms. (It is great for kids)!
The main level of the house has a fully equipped kitchen open to living and dining areas with ample seating. There is a large covered terrace off the kitchen with an additional dining area, and a built in sofa and daybed for taking a nap or relaxing with a book.
The property has small pool (larger than a dipping pool but smaller than a standard pool) with lounge chairs. The landscaping incorporates native fruit and palm trees and abundant tropical flowers.

Temperatures are very comfortable from November through April. The hottest time of the year is July through mid October. Casa Luna does NOT have air conditioning. Although Casa Luna Luna has fans and catches the ocean breeze (when there is one), Sayulita can get quite hot. Those who are sensitive to heat might want to consider accommodations with A/C during the hot months.
I want every guest to be happy, and Ramon and I work hard to make sure that is the case. Most guests are very satisfied with Casa Luna and we have many return visitors. The occupancy rate exceeds 90% during the high season. However, even though the photos are accurate and I have made every effort to accurately describe the home, every now and then there is a guest for whom the house did not live up to their expectations. For clarity I am stating the following: Casa Luna is a beautiful, clean, and modest Mexican home in a wonderful location, and the reasonable rates reflect that. It is not a luxury home. If you are looking for a luxury home there are many of them available in Sayulita, with much higher rates.
Casa Luna is new to airbnb as of Nov. 2015, but previous reviews can be found on the Sayulitalife website.
Sorry, but there is no smoking at Casa Luna.
Will consider well behaved pets with security deposit.
All are welcome, however toddlers and young children are discouraged for safety reasons as the pool area is not fenced, the house and decks are not childproof, the third floor master bedroom is two levels above the other bedrooms and the stairs between the levels are outside.
