Being a frequent traveler, the owner of this beautifully eclectic abode wouldn't offer anything less than the perfect space to reenergize. The studio is the ideal distance away from bustling areas, and offers just the right home-away-from-home feels.

The place is colorful, clean, tiny and quirky. It's technically a studio, however, the lofted bed creates a whole new element of seclusion. You won't find your typical couch or dining room set in this tiny home. Instead, you'll get to play out your routine in a whole new way, if only for a day. Have fun with it! Sit on the floor! Type while standing! Or sequester yourself to the nook! I hope you enjoy your stay!

PS – I'm helping the owner rent the studio while she's traveling. Check out reviews of the place here: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/8846443

I'll need to meet up with you to give you the key. With the key, you'll gain entry to the building, the gym, the rooftop and the apartment.

I'll be available by phone and am only staying a few blocks away should you need my assistance for anything.

Edgewater is a modest, diverse and plentiful little neighborhood. The studio is near a nice stretch of coffee shops and restaurants. Also, there are two grocery stores within almost a half of a mile in opposite directions.

Then, if you take a fifteen minute walk, you can explore Andersonville. Clark Street in Andersonville is packed with stores, restaurants, and dessert spots. Thus, you can walk to a lot of local spots or you can easily hop on the train to explore the rest of Chicago with a reasonable commute time.

The apartment is 0.2 miles from the CTA Red Line and 0.3 miles from an active bus stop. If you do have a car, please know that parking can be challenging in the neighborhood. I have some tricks to maneuvering the situation though.

Hi!

I'm a photographer and musician from a tiny town in Southwest Michigan. I've lived in a handful of places around the world, and am currently calling Edgewater, Chicago my home. This neighborhood is increasingly charming and convenient, and I'd love to offer suggestions on making the best of your Chicago stay.
