Separate entrance to the townhouse from the front yard. 3 bedrooms on the second floor. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and fitted wardrobes; the other bedroom has two single beds and fitted wardrobes.
From two of the bedrooms you can get to the covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool of the complex.
All rooms are air-conditioned. Spacious built-in wardrobes. There is spacious bathroom on the second floor with WC and Wash Hand Basin.
The ground floor has a large open plan lounge and dining area, leading to a separate fully equipped kitchen which includes fridge, freezer, stove & oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and other necessary appliances.
Dining area has a dining table with six chairs.
The lounge has comfortable sofas, matching low level coffee table and TV unit. Internet and satellite TV are available.
From the patio doors of the lounge you can get to the nice little back yard.

Additional guest toilet is available on the ground floor.
Electricity is not included to the rental price and to be paid additionally on departure day on electric meter readings (1 kw - 0,25 cents). Can not be paid from damage deposit

Smoking is allowed only on balcony and pets are prohibited.

When furniture is moved, guests are kindly asked to return them back to its original place.
