The apartment is best suited for 2 people, but I can accommodate two extra adults for £35pp per night as the sofa in the lounge converts to a double bed.

Please take all food and drink with you when you checkout. Food and drink items left behind in the property may incur an extra charge for removal time.
As the flat has been recently renovated, I kindly ask that you take off your shoes prior to entering the property to keep the floors clean and noise to a minimum.
Please respect our neighbour's living space by being considerate and quiet in the hallway and common areas as you enter and exit the building.
Regrettably I cannot host children under the age of 12 due to consideration for our neighbours.
As the walls are white I ask that you take particular care when bringing your luggage in and out of the property so as not to leave marks on the walls.
Please no smoking or pets within the building.
Please treat the home with respect and as if it was your own.
Please leave the main entrance door closed at all times.
Please lock the apartment door every time you go out.
Please report any major spills or damage immediately; we understand mistakes happen, but we would like to assist you with cleanup if necessary.
No open flames, including candles or a wood burning stove.
