Please take all food and drink with you when you checkout. Food and drink items left behind in the property may incur an extra charge for removal time.

As the flat has been recently renovated, I kindly ask that you take off your shoes prior to entering the property to keep the floors clean and noise to a minimum.

Please respect our neighbour's living space by being considerate and quiet in the hallway and common areas as you enter and exit the building.

Regrettably I cannot host children under the age of 12 due to consideration for our neighbours.

As the walls are white I ask that you take particular care when bringing your luggage in and out of the property so as not to leave marks on the walls.

Please no smoking or pets within the building.

Please treat the home with respect and as if it was your own.

Please leave the main entrance door closed at all times.

Please lock the apartment door every time you go out.

Please report any major spills or damage immediately; we understand mistakes happen, but we would like to assist you with cleanup if necessary.

Excellent apartment in calm light colors with decoration and furniture considered to the details. Very cozy, comfortable for relaxing. The feature of the apartment is floor to ceiling window with beautiful garden view. The apartments are perfectly situated near cafes, shopping area and the station. Thank you Janine! Would love to come again!

Amazing and modern one bad flat in a super Location (Central Station 5-7min walk, St. Albans City around 10min). Apartment was professionally cleaned before we moved in for a couple of weeks, while refurbishing our place. It was important to us to have a parking space and a fully functioned kitchen inlcuding a nice bedroom and a livingroom. This Apartment does cover for all we needed.

We have stayed at Janine's apartment before and it was excellent. This stay was no different, very pleasant and well appointed apartment, really well located within easy walk to the city area of St Albans as well as the train station. Having a great place to stay makes a huge difference to a trip.

Very helpful hosts and great communication at all times. I booked the apartment for a colleague and he said the whole process was simple and he could easily get in touch with the host when needed. On arrival the kettle was not working and the hosts immediately provided a replacement. My colleague said it was a great place to stay, lovely big TV apparently, and I plan on booking the apartment again in the future.

The apartment was really good, located in easy walking distance to the train station, our family and the St Albans high street for a good selection of restaurants and shops. It was comfortable with very good heating and allowed us to have a very pleasant stay.
