Condo is part of a lodge that resembles a 1970 era motel. Very outdated. Fridge froze fruit. Fireplace apparently not functional during September even though it was winter temperatures outdoors. Summer plastic deck chairs stored in living room. Pool right next to highway. Two of three days room not cleaned. Had to go to front desk for clean towels. Parking lot completely full first night. Price almost double what the lodge had posted on their sign. I would not stay there again . Only upside was location.

Thank you for staying with us - I am sorry that the unit did not meet your expectations. A couple of things; the suite price posted on our sign is for our family suite style rooms. These rooms are in our lobby building and provide an oversized standard lodge room with 2 queen beds and a queen sized sofa sleeper. The suite you rented was a one bedroom unit that has a separate bedroom with 2 queen beds, living room with a queen sofa sleeper, a seasonal fireplace - we shut them down in the summer to keep birds out of them - that are in service after we clean them for fire safety in mid-October, multiple baths and a full kitchen, including all pots, pans, plates and utensils. When guests leave a Do Not Disturb sign on their doors our housekeepers respect the requested privacy request and will not enter into the room. Again, I am sorry that our unit did not meet your expectations. Glad to hear that you liked our location. Best, Frank

A terrific condo in the heart of downtown Park City. Nice hot tub on the balcony and spacious kitchen, with great appointments throughout. Highly recommend for families or larger parties who want the convenience of walking to downtown restaurants/bars in Park City. I'd stay again.

This condo exceeded our expectations and the location and amenities were great. The rental process was seamless and we were pleasantly surprised with our first ever Airbnb experience!

Our group honestly never made it to Frank's place. We had a combination of injury, illness, and weather that led us to cancel a planned trip to hike in the Tetons. But Frank was considerate and accommodating throughout working with us as we changed plans multiple times. He was always considerate and helpful even when our circumstances made us high maintenance customers.
