On check out garbage and recycling must be taken out, dishes done or dishwasher started and no more than two loads of laundry left: one load of sheets and one of towels. Coin laundry is on site with extra large washers and dryers. Use the dryer on low only as the high heat will damage the fine linens. Please do not use the self clean on the oven, the cleaners will take care of that after you check out. There is a booklet in the condo for you to look through that will give you complex safety tips and regulations. There is no smoking allowed in the condo or on the lanai. The complex allows smoking only in the designated area in the SE corner of the parking lot beside the recycling bins. The complex does not allow pets. The complex has a manager onsite 24/7 that oversees any problem quests. Local and long distance calls to anywhere in North America are free to the renter. Additional information will be sent directly to renter before departure.

Brenda went out of her way to be helpful before and during our stay. She responded in minutes to requests, and checked in a number of times that everything was OK. The space is perfect: - the apartment is in perfect condition: very clean, everything works, and well equipped - the condo complex is quiet as it is away from the main road and only two stories - you are a few short steps from a beautiful beach with no-one on it for a swim or a sunset cocktail - stores, restaurants, and the fabulous Maui Pie and Akamai Coffee are steps away I cannot recommend the place highly enough, and cannot wait to go back.

The condo and complex were lovely and well maintained. You can walk to the beach across a wonderful grass area where most people gather every evening to watch the sunset and blow on their conch shells. It was quiet and peaceful and the condo had all the amenities and a kitchen with everything you would need. Grocery store around the corner, multiple bbqs in the common area for your use make it easy to settle in and enjoy your time on Maui. Brenda was super easy to work with. Airbnb doesn't collect for all the taxes so make sure you know what this amount will be when booking as you will have to pay this directly to Brenda. Would stay here again

Thank you Lisa, we so enjoyed having you stay and appreciate the great care you took of the condo while there. You are correct in that there is nowhere on Airbnb's website for an owner to collect the Hawaii state taxes of 13.42% so there is one more step when booking for the owner to collect the taxes directly from the renter and submit them to the state. These can be paid by Visa or Master Card. Thank you for pointing that out for our future guests. Mahalo

Condo was perfect for our vacation.. Well equipped with everything we needed. Pool was awesome and the view was to die for. Only thing I'd give a 5 out of 10 was the bed and couch. Not very comfortable.. But it did the trick!

Thank you for your response, we really appreciate your feedback. We purchased the bed five years ago and agree that it is time for a new one. We are going in January to replace it with a new king size Hotel bed and will look at replacing the couch as well. Being a sofa sleeper I find it is a little soft to sit on and will look at options for replacement. Thanks again!
