Watch the otters play and the boats sail past! 960 sq ft open plan apartment with great room, small kitchen, propane fireplace, bedroom w/ king bed & dressing area, laundry room w/washer & dryer. Trundle day bed in great room sleeps 2 comfortably. The tall ceilings make it feel extra spacious and the windows let lots of light and views in.
There is a deck with a propane barbecue grill and a small table and chairs. The main house is in front of the guesthouse, but to the side, so there's still lots of view of Sequim Bay, Mt Baker, the Strait and the San Juans.

This guest house is over a 3 car garage, so there are some stairs to get up there. There is a front gate and fenced dog run, with a doggy door for easy access for your 4 legged friends. $200 security deposit for pre-approved pets. When you bring a dog, cleaning fee is $85 (for hair clean up and carpet shampoo), so please be prepared to pay the difference. We shampoo the carpet often if there have been pets visiting.

Trisha is a Realtor in Sequim, so she knows the area very well and can help you find most anything. Michael is a former Scout Master for a Boy Scout Troop, so he knows many great hiking trails and outdoorsy things to do. Generally we leave you alone to enjoy your stay, but Trish's phone number is posted and we are readily available if you need us.
Otros aspectos destacables
There is Sequim sales tax and room tax (10.7%) that will be added to the cost if Airbnb does not charge it. If I make any changes to your stay, for some reason it does not charge the tax.
Rentals of Months of June - September will be maximum of 2 weeks. No monthly rentals.
I do allow pets but clean the carpet quite often and make sure there is no hair or smell at all.
