Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment tucked away in the heart of Seapoint on the Atlantic seaboard of Cape Town. Within walking distance of shops & the infamous Seapoint promenade. Ideal space for the weary traveller to find a home away from home.

This block was one of the first to be built on High Level road. It has amazing character and a peaceful ambience. Don't judge this book by her cover for the moment you walk through the front gate you are met with a tranquil and beautiful French style courtyard. Our apartment is located at the back of this beautiful block.

As this is an older block you can expect very spacious rooms with a homely feel, clean and tidy, but by no means perfect. Parking is on street, but this is very much the Capetonian way. The block is secure and the neighbours are super friendly.

Your stay might not be luxurious, but our home will make you feel like you can kick off your shoes, relax and enjoy your down time. These are the reasons why we love it so much.

You are more than welcome to contact us at any time. It is important to us that your stay is enjoyable and therefore we'd love to help in any way possible.

Annerie and I will make available to you Cape Town tourist guides, as well as a compilation of our favourite local spots around the area. Everything you need is within walking distance and the MyCiti bus stop is literally 10 metres from the front gate, so if you'd like to go into town or to the beach, public transport is easily accessible. We also highly recommend Uber cabs for their friendly and reliable service.

This prime location gives you the option to stroll a few blocks down to main road where you'll find a plethora of restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores (examples of these would be: Piazza St John, The Bootlegger Coffee Co. for incredible coffee, Ristorante Posticino for their legendary Italian food, as well as Woolworths, Spar and Checkers for all of your self catering needs).

The next road down is Beach Road which is the home of the Seapoint promenade. Here you can enjoy leisurely strolls or an invigorating run, picnics and a spectacular sea view. One of the two great aspects of our location is you are within walking distance of the breathtaking Pavilion Seapoint public pool as well as UpCycles which offers the opportunity to rent a bicycle for an hour or more and gives you a fun way to explore the city. You can even ride right into the V&A Waterfront and drop your bicycle at the UpCycles drop off point (a great way to avoid traffic and finding parking, which can be challenging in peak season).

Our block is situated on signal hill and can be easily accessed if you're keen for a hike. Trust us the view is worth the sweat. Finally if you'd like to get your feet in the sand, we are right around the corner from some of the best and well known beaches in the world.

As already mentioned, parking is on street, but rest assured your car will be safe. Public transport that we recommend and trust is the MyCiti bus, Uber cabs and Rikkis taxis.

We expect you to treat our home as your own & look after it with love & care.

This is a fully self catering apartment, fitted with a brand new dishwasher and washing machine. All the crockery, cutlery, linen, towels etc. will be clean and ready for use on arrival. We would appreciate the same courtesy from you when you leave as these are our personal belongings that we are happily lending to you for your time here.

We like to live green, and would appreciate it if you could help us in this regard by recycling, switching off lights as well as the geyser when not in use.

We do not allow smoking and there is no cable television, BUT we pride ourselves on our extensive DVD collection which you are more than welcome to enjoy. Please be sure to treat them with TLC, i.e: no scratches!

As an added bonus our cleaning lady of two years can be made available once or twice a week depending on your needs. She is incredibly hard working and 100% trustworthy. R350 per day for her services during peak season.

Great location within walking distances from restaurants and stores. Hosts were very accommodating, leaving a nice welcome gift. Apartment had no WiFi unfortunately which was a bit inconvenient at some times. Overall pleasant stay though!
