Información sobre este anuncio
Our lovely large flat is situated just outside of the center. It has a very cosy feel to it. We decorated it with some DIY furniture, some old stuff and some new stuff. The almost 80m2 flat gets loads of sun as it faces the south.
Come visit :)
The apartment consists, of a large living room/dinning room and an equally large bedroom.
The kitchen is small but cosy and has a gas stove. It is also fitted with a large fridge, a dishwasher and a double sink.
The bathroom is fitted with towels for your convenience, a bathtub and a large mirror.

Atención a los huéspedes
We are probably travelling ourselves, so we might not be in Vienna but you can reach me on my cellphone and if needed we can send a person of trust around.
The 18th and the neighboring ninth are great districts to live in, full of great parks, cafes, restaurants, markets and all the shops you need.
Kutschkermarkt (regional fruits, vegetables, bread, cheese...)
Cafe Himmelblau (really good breakfast and cakes)
Cafe Francais (nice Cafe on the way to the Center)
Zum Roten Bären (Austrian restaurant)
Rebhuhn (Austrian restaurant)
You can reach the U-Bahn (Metro) U6 and the Trams, 40, 41 and 42 in under 5 minutes. With the Trams you can reach the center and the "Ring" (Schottentor) in 10 minutes. With the U6 you can reach many other destinations quickly, such as Schönbrunn, Brunnenmarkt, many "Heuriger" (18th & 19th district), the Mariahilfer Str and many other destinations!
Since me and my girlfriend actually live in the apartment I only want responsible and respectful guests who take care of the flat as if it was their own. Please no house parties. Feel free to have dinners with friends tho.

Hi, we are Cecil & Sophie,
me and my girlfriend love to travel and have been in various airbnb's in a couple of countries already. We always loved the high quality, good standards and lovely decorated places we stayed in. Therefore we want to share the great experiences we had with people coming to visit Vienna!
