It is compact and nicely finished in turquoise tiling, furnished with a traditional oak chest and fitted with everything you might need including a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and large fridge freezer. Through towards the garden is an elegant living and dining area which is bathed in natural sunlight from picture windows. It has beautiful traditional style décor including an impressive grandfather clock and soft, ambient lighting with glass chandeliers. The sitting space, on one side of the room has leather sofas and armchairs as well as a wide-screen plasma TV connected to the Wi-Fi for entertainment. On the other side is an elegant dining area with an antique wooden table with comfortable seating for up to six guests. This gives access to a lovely private paved garden, lined with plants and with garden furniture for those sunny days when breakfast is better enjoyed al fresco!
The upper floor level of the house has wooden floors and three bedrooms. The master suite is spacious and has a King-sized bed, chest of drawers and a lovely dressing table by the window. Its en suite bathroom is fitted with a full-sized bathtub and an overhead shower. The second bedroom is a double, and the third is a small double, both with ample cupboard space and large windows looking over the garden. The shared bathroom has a high ceiling and also a full-sized bathtub and overhead shower.
The ground floor has a convenient washroom with WC, located off the hallway.
