We stayed in the studio apartment for two nights this summer. It is spacious and quiet, located in a private section of the house with it's own entrance. The bathroom looks like it was recently renovated. The apartment has mostly antique furniture. The kitchen has a coffee pot, grinder, small fridge and a hot plate. There is not A/C, but there is a fan that worked really well and the nights are cool enough that AC is not needed. The apartment was generally very clean (floors/bathroom/kitchen). The bedding should probably be replaced soon. And I needed to re-wash some dishes. Overall, we were very comfortable and would stay again. The apartment is walking distance to a small market with good breakfast sandwiches and other staples. A beach is about a ten minute walk away. We rode bikes to Provincetown, 5.5 miles away. And there is a great restaurant about a mile away - Terra Luna. We had a little trouble finding the house because you cannot see the number from the street and there is not a driveway. The parking is just off of the main road, which is perfectly fine, just tough to find.
