The apartment consists of two bedrooms, living room, a kitchen with a dining room, large terrace, bathroom with toilet. The apartment is furnished allowing a pleasant and convenient stay with a terrace with a nice view to the mountain.
The wooden ceiling and wooden furniture give a sense of mountain chalet. The apartment will be a pleasant place for a convenient stay for friends and family. The space will fit conveniently up to 5 persons. The property is on the third floor. The rooftop terrace gives a nice view to the Borovets ski resort, Musala peak and Rila Mountain.

3. Living room: Two couches with option to transform in expandable beds, TV and DVD, heaters. The living room and the bedroom 2 are integral in L-shape without a door and wall.

5. Kitchenette with dining room and kitchen box, washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, TV, fridge and etc.
You will find also kitchen and tableware, bed linens, towels, bathrobes, bedspreads, essentials and etc., domestics cosmetics for cleaning, detergents for dishwasher, washing machine, toilet paper and etc., other tools and chemicals for cleaning and vacuuming cleaner, hangers and irons, hair dryer, coffee machine and etc.

The purpose of the regulations on the access regime and the internal order is to establish conditions and safety instruction is to provide a peaceful use of the property and its facilities by the guest, to provide clear and correct relations between the guest and the host, on the one hand and to provide a secure and pleasant stay of the guest.
The guest is not entitled to change the locks on the doors of the property or their mechanisms or to install additional locks. On arrival guests will be provided with keys of the rented property with instructions for opening, closing and safety. Upon and of the stay all the keys, whether it has received from the host or had acquired them otherwise shall be returned. Re-assignment of the keys is not allowed. In the event of loss, theft or damage of the keys, please notify the host.
Smoking and candles are prohibited in the common areas of the building, bedrooms, bathrooms. Smoking and candles are allowed on the the terrace and in the kitchen.
Please do not enter in the neighboring apartments and basement premises. Please do not interfere with the electrical appliance control panels.
The residence or keeping of domestic animals in the property is forbidden.
Gatherings, Noise or Parties
The guest are not entitled to use any loudspeakers or systems producing loud noise and the establishment of conditions for unusual or unpleasant odors penetrating the leased premises and disturbing the neighbors. Establishing establish conditions for the gathering of groups of people in the premises is not allowed.
Please use of the available garbage bins in the property and throw out the garbage only at places designated for this purpose garbage containers on the street. The closest garbage container is situated on the street leading city market. Do not throw toilet paper, sanitary napkins and hazardous materials in the toilet and the canalization. Do not throw any kind of waste throughout the terrace.
Changes and construction works
The guest should not mark, paint, drill holes, cut or change in any other way the appearance of the any part of the leased premises.
The guest is required to keep the leased premises and all common areas of the premises clean and in good hygienic condition, including the windows (inside and outside), the entrance doors (inside and outside), belonging to the leased premises.
Prohibited devices and materials
The guest is not entitled to store and use forbidden by law, or dangerous chemicals, substances and materials, which may cause harmful vapors and combustible materials that increase the risk of a fire in the leased premises and/or in the common areas.
Please do not place personal property, which could impede or disturb the usage of the common areas and use them only according to their designated purpose and with the care of a good proprietor. Keep the emergency exits always free, staircase and common areas.
A “Extra guests" or “Visitors" according to the meaning of the current House rules is а person, who is not a guest with any relations with the guest and has been in the premises in regard to visiting the guest or overnight stay. Extra guest are subject to the approval procedure and permission by the host. Every guest is obliged to take the special care for the individual safety of each visitor, and is obliged not to interfere with the internal rules, law and safety and is responsible for.
Principle of maintenance
The guest is required to keep and manage carefully the property, the leased premises, the facilities, other common parts. The guest should try to prevent any potential damages and follow the principle of maintenance of the leased premises with the care of the good proprietor.
The guest is asked to maintain the leased premises with the due diligence and to preserve them from insufficient airing, damaging by frost and other negligent actions.
Guests shall be fully responsible for all damages which are guilty caused by the guests and visitors within the boundaries of the property and leased premises, the common areas, technical equipment.
Conformity with the Law
The guests should observe the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and to refrain from actions or not to tolerate inactivity, which could cause damages to the property or injury or losses to the host.
