Location was great a lot of people said it was hard to find but the directions are fool proof if you follow what the host sends. I felt very safe and experienced no issues with the neighborhood. The dogs are a real issue. There are 3 dogs on one side and 2 dogs on the side and stray cats that roam around at night. I overlooked the review about the dogs at night thinking someone was just being sensitive. This isn’t your usual occasional barking dog that wakes you from a light sleep. These dogs are kept outside ALL night and one of them HOWLSSS all night. I really mean it, it does not shut up. Some nights are worse like when it rains. They are kept outside so he howls even more. The place is great and exactly as described only issue are the dogs at night.

Great stay. Clean, easy to find, comfortable, and with everything my family and I needed. Amahira was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend.

Raisa’s place is so cute and comfy ! Looks exactly like the pictures. It is a bit noisy, if you’re not used to it I don’t recommend it. But I don’t have a problem with it at all ! The neighborhood is very nice I walked a few times to go buy fruits and go to the market. There are a couple fast foods around in case. Other than that it’s not too far from san Juan and the old city so you can easily uber or drive there. Would definitely come back. Thank you

Angel was Ana amazing host and the apartment was perfect for me and my two children. Angel was extremely responsive and helpful. We lost power on the island for a night and he brought over flashlights and fans and offered to help us re-locate if necessary. However, we wanted to stay because we loved the apartment and the complex. The community is very quiet and safe. The apartment was spacious, clean, and all appliances worked well. The pool as amazing and we were centrally located and close to many attractions. We would definitely stay here again!

We ended up booking this place last minute, one day before we were supposed to arrive because the place we previously had booked had some alarming reviews, and to say this place was home away from home is an understatement, even though we generally didn’t come in until bed time, it was nice to come back to a safe, clean, and comfortable place to stay! And it was nice to be a little away from all the tourists areas at the end of the day. The only negative was issues with the gps at first which the host was super responsive and helpful.

Our stay was very good, the host of the Airbnb Lucienne was very pleasant and provided everything to your needs, the place was very nice and clean and the views were amazing, I would def recommend this Airbnb to anyone with families, it was private and had many things to do around.

We had a lovely stay at this home. Lots of space for me and my two boys - we all got our own bedroom with ample AC. Beds were comfy and rooms were large! Bathrooms came well equipped with toiletries and also great space in each. Location was about 5 min from the plaza and the beach (by car). Very easy to navigate, just had to watch for the random horses. As an aside, I would NOT recommend renting a golf cart when you visit Viaques. It is slow driving and tough to ride on the bumpy roads. All in all, highly recommend this home!

Super localisation. Le balcon avec la vue sur la mer, qui n’est qu’à quelques mètres, a été l’endroit où nous avons passé le plus de temps. La mer est peu profonde et parfaite pour les enfants. Les photos sont tout à fait conformes au logement. Nous étions présents pendant la panne généralisée ayant eu lieu sur l’ensemble de l’île, mais n’avons pas été incommodés, comme le logement était équipé de panneaux solaires et d’un poêle au gaz. Les hôtes ont été très disponibles, aidants et à l’écoute. Un endroit parfait pour visiter l’est de Porto Rico!

The house has so many other amenities besides the AMAZING views all around. House was very clean. We also appreciated the helpful local recommendations. Nearby is El Yunque Rainforest, Richie’s restaurant and Kiosk. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay in Vieques. Place was very clean and communication with Jacob was excellent. Some of the things we appreciated was the convenient location, air conditioning in each room (except bathrooms, which wasn’t an issue), gated entry into the driveway, outdoor seating area, washing machine and bountiful beach towels. Definitely heed the other reviews about the roosters. Plus there seems to be a cat that drops by to say hello…my daughter named it “Mango”! It’s a great base to explore from!

We had such a wonderful stay at this charming little place! The neighborhood felt safe and the home had everything we could possibly need, and more. We especially appreciated the beach items provided, so we didn’t need to bring our own or have to buy them. The guide book was helpful with all the great recommendations. Very clean home in a non-touristy area, yet not a far drive to a lot of things (but do mind traffic hours). Check in was easy and the host is very responsive. Not a bug in sight during our stay, which is an accomplishment in this type of climate! Each room had air conditioning and the upstairs location provides nice privacy. Beds were comfortable. The place is a good price and that is mainly because of the location, deep in an older and humble working class neighborhood. Everyone has dogs in their yards and the barking seemed like it was going to be a problem, but it quieted down at night. If you are looking for nice clean accommodations and don't mind getting in the car to go out to eat, or to beaches or Old San Juan, or other attractions, this is a good option.

Wow, I think I only have positive things to say about Frank and Caroline's space that we used for the week. First of all, the directions on how to check in and find the condo were very detailed. I appreciate all the recommendations on where to eat and things to check out after landing at the airport. This is the first time my family has been to Puerto Rico and it did not disappoint. Frank is very responsive and a communication is top-notch. the views that we had from the condo left us speechless. Everything that you would expect to find in the space was there such as a coffee maker, basket of sunscreen and bug spray, games, cool looking ice cubes and already made ice and filtered pitchers of water. The beds were very comfortable for all of us. I love how we were walking distance to the beach and the food truck area that had a lot to choose from. it's nice that this condo is very close to a lot of other beaches, shops, restaurants, and the grocery store. Hope to return again!

We had an amazing time at Liz’s place. The view from the balcony was incredible and she provided a number of amenities, including beach towels, floats, and snorkeling fins. She was responsive and also provided recommendations for local areas and events that were happening during our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

This was one of the cleanest and well stocked Airbnb’s we have stayed in, we definitely will be booking again. Everything was nice and clean, view from balcony and building was great. The host were very responsive to any and all of our questions.

We just got back from a week long stay with our family of 5 and had a wonderful time at Diana's place. The location is awesome and the views of the water from the unit were outstanding....just what our family needed. Diana was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the trip. The entire island of PR experienced a brief blackout during our stay and Diana went above and beyond to make us comfortable and accommodate our family above and beyond what other Airbnb hosts would typically do (we travel a lot and use Airbnb frequently). We have 3 young children ages 5 and under and they had a blast. We would not hesitate to recommend Diana and will keep her in mind for future stays beyond just this location. We will be returning!

Aqua blue was a great home base that had everything we needed while staying in Fajardo. It was clean, beautifully decorated and has exceptional views. There were restaurants in walking distance and it was a quick drive to the marina where we took our charter to Icacos and a 20 min drive to the airport in Ceiba where we took a plane from to go over to Culebra. Things to note: it does require the use of three different keys to use the elevator and open different doors and the hallway of the building can be loud because it echoes throughout. Those things would not stop us from coming back because the location and views were perfect, just something to note.

Our group of 3 had a lovely stay. Host was helpful and the place was clean and comfortable. Having a pool and beach amenities (chairs, towels, boogie boards) was a huge plus along with the welcome snacks. The beach out front was not great for swimming (we were also there during a windy period so that made it harder), but it’s an easy drive to some other more protected spots. Nice restaurants are a short drive, and it’s easy to get to the rain forest for some cool hikes and adventures. Overall, we were very happy with the condo.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The pictures were good but the apartment looks better in person than in the pictures. Zenen and Wanda were very responsive and easy to get ahold of! We had a minor issue with the ac(ended up just being that the batteries in the ac remote needed to be changed) we contacted them and they fixed the issue within the hour! We appreciated how fast they responded to us. You can tell they actually care. Aquátika also is a lovely place. The landscaping & the pool areas were beautiful and clean. Aquatika also has 24/7 security & is gated so we felt extra safe! I definitely would recommend staying booking with Zenen and Wanda.

The listing is exactly as pictured. The condo is clean and tidy. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a godsend. Everything is labeled clearly which I appreciate. The guidebook he sent was very helpful with local recommendations. The beach truly is a two minute walk away and having beach chairs and umbrellas available to use was quite handy. It's in a quiet community with many delicious places to eat nearby. I can't wait to stay again!
