We enjoyed our stay at this place. The property is easy to locate. It is so spacious for our family of 6. Has complete amenities and kitchen tools that we were able to use. The rooms are spacious and clean.

great place to stay for its price

The place gave us privacy. It was small but fits all 15 adults and an infant. It’s clean and Bernard is responsive to all my questions. He is easy to deal with and friendly. All the amenities listed were there but had a minor issue with the videoke as it stopped working right after 2 songs but since my niece brought her portable one, we didn’t bother with it na. Will book again when I’m in town and need a place in Tagaytay. Thanks Bernard 😊

The area is spacious to accommodate our family, parking for our cars, the kids can run at the yard, the kitchen has all the things we needed, staffs are helpful and easy to reach, price is very good considering the place is really big! The jacuzzi is perfect we stayed at the pool till 3am because of this. Thank you alex💖

We had an amazing stay in your place. We really felt right at home. Super clean and cozy. Everything we need is here and there are lots of resorts nearby. 7/11 and some restaurants are walkable. Maganda yung property sobrang maluwag at malinis kumpleto din sa mga gamit pang luto. At very proactive yung mga caretaker ng unit may libreng pabuko pa para sa mga guest. Highly recommended po itong place na to sa gusto magrelax, sulit ang binayad namin. For the owner i recommend na kung pede pa double check ng refrigerator gawa ng hindi na masyado lumalamig yung chiller sa baba.

This is my second time to stay here in this airbnb. The reason we booked it for the 2nd time was because we were amazed of how it looked the first time we visited, which was during Christmas season. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen and living room has all the amenities you will need, and the pool is cool for summer getaways. The caretakers are also very kind and attentive. Definitely, will come back again.

Michael’s place is a hidden gem for a private luxurious getaway in Batangas. We were a group of 9 and slept very comfortably in the home. The house caretakers were friendly and welcoming. We had a bonfire on the first night which was very special and a great experience for the kids. Pool, palm trees and the house dogs were all perfect. We hope to be back again in the future! Anthony’s place feels feels like home. The surrounding is peaceful, lots of things to do like swimming, basketball or tennis. The subdivision is clean and lots of green around which is very relaxing if you need some time to unwind, and rest. The space is clean and everything you need is available. He is also very responsive and considerate. The place is near supermarket and restaurants. We would like to stay in his place again :)

We had a wonderful stay! Perfect bonding with family! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. That time kahit walang membership yung unit owner we were able to play tennis in the tennis court but we needed to pag 250 per pax - but very sulit! And very suki kami ng pool since we have kids with us. Will def come back again.

We stayed for 3D 2N at Camp Coco during Holy week. The place was easy to locate. It was so nice and clean. The pool looks appealing at night with its changing color. Another plus, is they have kuya Anton, their caretaker, who was really very accommodating, courteous and very hardworking. Hosts were responsive on all our queries. The place is highly recommended.

The place was easy to find and the caretaker was truly attentive and responsive. The place was great and peaceful. My teenage son, who celebrated his birthday with few friends, easily felt at home with the place. Others who joined were also able to bond separately given the many ‘hangout’ area you’d find. My nephew even asked if we will live there ☺️.

Booked this airbnb last minute (a week before check-in) and I must say that I'm really glad I came across their page! It's as accurate as they describe it, even the photos, and very private for a family get-away! Amazing hospitality, most especially for accommodating us greatly despite the distance! We had the most incredible stay at this place! The house is just a short walk from the beach, making it so convenient to enjoy the sun and sand whenever we wanted. The place was well-equipped with lovely utensils and everything we needed to feel right at home. The owner and the helper were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. As an added bonus, we got a free banana boat ride, which was so much fun and a perfect way to enjoy the water. We were having such a great time that we decided to extend our stay for an extra day to make the most of the experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable beach getaway!

This Airbnb was truly a “what you see is what you get” kind of stay in the best way possible. It’s hands down the best one I’ve booked so far, from its stunning architecture to its thoughtfully designed interiors that serve both form and function. The location is also a big plus, very accessible and just past Twin Lakes Hotel, making it easy to find and close to key landmarks. I hosted an intimate girl dinner party with my bffs, and it was such a bonus that the place stayed quiet and peaceful even with the other unit occupied by a group as well. Kuya Marcon, the caretaker, was superb, extremely helpful and proactive, even cleaning the place and the pool in the morning without us needing to ask. The space is also perfect for big groups, with spacious bedrooms offering a total of five double beds, three in Room A and two in Room B, plus a cozy loft area with a pullout. Would definitely recommend and book again.

We had a pleasant overnight stay at Cham's place. The unit is big, clean and as described. The space is more than enough for our family of nine adults, very comfortable; the bedrooms and bathrooms are big. The host is very accommodating and easy to talk to. I would recommend Cham's place for Tagaytay staycations.
