Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Situated just 10 miles from Padstow, Menhay Cottage really is in a prime location. Close enough to enjoy the beautiful Cornish beaches but far enough to escape the commotion of other holiday makers. Menhay is a converted old milking parlour once part of a working farm converted in 2007. Originally purchased as a holiday home to escape the hustle and bustle of London, but due to being rarely used by the owners, they have decided to rent out this little piece of heaven for others to enjoy.

Tucked away down a remote unmade farm track, this former Duchy farmhouse is situated in an idyllic location. The perfect retreat for families and friends. Snuggle up in the sitting room with its large woodburner, that promises a cosy night in, the downstairs bedroom and shower room is ideal if not wanting to use the stairs. While away sunny afternoons in the secluded garden with its wood fired hot tub or explore the grounds, with its own fishing lake, a real adventure for everyone.

SHEPHERDS HUT TRANQUIL SETTING 20 MINS FROM BEACH

Hand built and designed by local craftsmen, with no near neighbours other than my house. Beautiful views over the valley and situated next to a lake which boasts a variety of wildlife including Kingfishers Geese Moorhens & Ducks. Only 20 minutes from many beaches on the North & South coast. The hut contains a shower and toilet woodburning stove mini kitchen and a comfy kingsize bed. Outside area with BBQ secure parking and there's a boiler room/garage for storing bikes and boards.
