The Barn at Cairn Creek, Beautiful, Horse Friendly

This gorgeous barn is a perfect place to get back to nature, and connect with local amenities with or without your own horses (additional fees apply). It’s nestled in southern Ohio on a private 150 acre property, Cairn Creek (check us out on YouTube). During your stay you will be exposed to my daily barn chores if you like, get to meet and greet some animals, take in downtown Chillicothe, and exploring the local trails (hiking, biking, bridle). The Cabinette

The Cabinette at the Oasis is a 1 room tiny house off a gravel drive at the top of the 10 acre wooded property. You have access to the trails, creek, and bike path. -Heat/AC, Electric -Kitchenette w/ mini fridge, coffee maker, hot water kettle, microwave, electric skillet -Fold-out table and chairs -Charcoal Grill (bring your own charcoal) -Port-a-Jon -BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS, PILLOWS, and BEDDING for Queen Sized Bed -NO RUNNING WATER TO CABINETTE (spigot located in the driveway with city water)

Experience RV life on our little homestead. Perfect for short stays when visiting Chillicothe for work, to hunt or visit family and friends. You'll enjoy the view and sounds of our little farm that features goats, cows, pigs, horses, donkeys and many different birds- including roosters 🌅. This rv isn't in mint condition. I like to describe it as a hefty upgrade to tent camping, and a slight downgrade from a house-like RV. We offer both of those options, as well, if you're looking for one!

The 2024 Airstream International 28RB Travel Trailer sits beside a beautiful pond with amazing views of the southern Ohio sunsets. It's sits on 120 acres of rolling hills, woods to hike, overlooks a catch and release pond, beautiful sunsets, and private property. Please note: Bookings become weather dependent in late fall. We have to shut down the airstream when it starts to stay around freezing. We will continue to book as long as it’s above freezing temperatures.
