The house is warmed by central heating and hot water is on demand. There is a washing machine available to use as well as a dishwasher built into the kitchen.

The Studio is a great comfortable bolt hole, perfect for a couple or small family or the business traveller. There is a king size bed in the living room and an additional put up bed or travel cot can be added for an extra guest. Separate kitchen and shower room with a large shower, loo and small basin. There is one step down to the kitchen and shower room - the floor is wooden and the living area is carpeted.
